Petite Sweets N Treats — Restaurant in Columbus

I've seen the commercials and decided to try this place out. I went to order a bday cake I would need in three days and when I walked in there was a little girl at the cash register, no adults anywhere. I told her what I wanted and she went and got a teen girl who proceeded to put lip gloss on while asking us what I needed. I told her I would like to order a birthday cake and I would need it on a Saturday which is three days from now. She told me I would be charged a "$50 rush fee" along with the price of the cake. I considered that a rip off, promptly left and went somewhere else where I got a cake ordered with no "rush fee." I also looked at the small selection of items in the display case and they were not very appealing. I will not be going back there.

In response: Your Facebook page says rush orders can be done within 24 hours. It says nothing about a $50 "rush fee." Please update your Facebook page with the correct information so a customer knows all the facts before...

We are so grateful to Fancy for working with us to get a cake for my son's basketball themed birthday. We are in town due to circumstances surrounding a loss in the family but didn't want to let this monumental birthday to go by without celebrating him. We reached out to her with a very tight turn around schedule but she took what she had and made something beautiful. The cake made my son's day and truly blew us away. The cake not only looked amazing, it tasted amazing as well. I am thankful for her gifts and that she chooses to share them with the community. Please support this Black owned, Woman owned business because she is truly gifted.

I live in California and located Fancy with Petite Sweets N Treats on-line. Fancy definitely deserve way more than 5 stars!! I was looking to order a birthday cake to be delivered to a friend in Georgia. Fancy was absolutely awesome to talk with. She was professional, polite and provided great customer service!! I made an error with the delivery address as I thought the city was Columbus but actually was about 35 mins further away. Due to this mix up on my part, Fancy simply rescheduled the deliver and was still able to accommodate my request. The Red Velvet cake was delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful!!! The birthday person was well pleased and said this was the best Red Velvet cake he's ever had. Thank you Fancy for making this special birthday occasion...
