My daughter got her ears pierced 13 days ago. She loved the associates that pierced her. Fast forward to last night. She came to me and was crying , her ear bleeding. One of her earring backings was too tight due to her earlobes being thick. The earring stone had been pushed completely into her earlobe from the front. I thought the stone and setting had broken off and the post and backing was all that was left. I tried to get the post and backing out. I could not. I cleaned it and bandaged it. I called Banter by Pagoda at Peachtree Mall first thing the next morning. I spoke with AJ, whom told me, Bring her in and it would be resolved. I got her there that day, AJ went right to work trying to remove it. His associate returned from a break to inform us that the actual earring had been pushed into her ear. Latrese went right to working on her, reassuring her throughout this process. She got the stone back out with her gentle hands. AJ and Latrese were FANTASTIC through the whole process. I visited several stores in the mall looking for a necklace. They all tried to give me a price and then start about getting a credit card or today only the price was this instead. But at Pagoda the girl showed me the options told me the prices, explained the warranty, and asked if I needed help with anything else. i got my two year old daughters ears pierced here over the weekend and i was honestly so amazed and shocked by our service. both team members were so knowledgeable about the different ear piercing earrings they had, what most toddlers get and how the process would take place. my daughters ears look great, they were both very expierienced. i was more scared about getting it done than my daughter was but they made this experience one i will never forget. they even gave her a lollipop after! highly recommend. i wish i could’ve caught...
