Stockyards Ranch Supply — Attraction in Commerce City

Buyers Beware! My husband and I have been customers of the Stockyards for years. Yesterday I took my daughter in law with me to go in and get kennel panels, the shopping experience was good as it always is. That is where the good experience ended. They had a kid that was not happy to be working in the cold load us up. After almost an hour waiting we were finally done and ready to go. I got on the road and shortly after had to stop at a red light. There went my entire load...through the back window of our truck! I called and spoke to someone right away at the stockyards to let them know what had happened. He said he would talk to a manager about reimbursing the window and get back to me, next day he called to let me know they would only pay for half...when I asked why I would be responsible for a load I am not allowed to load or arrange. That is when he said "We don't have to pay for any of it." This entire situation was not about money...It's about principal. We are so disappointed with the way this has been handled. We spent over $ 2500 yesterday alone and thousands more over the past few years..It's sad that this is how this "family business" treats its...

I called to inquire why no one was wearing a mask and not social distancing, “We are all adults and understand the risk.” As a customer, I choose not to join in their confidence and assume the risks of interacting freely.
