I had been going into this dispensary since moving up the street two years

follow up: sadly to say at first response was excellent manager seemed to do what he could yet no one has contacted me back tho i was told they would. i said i wanted nothing but fot the employee to recognize unsafe behaviors. From what i understand botht he customer this occurred with and the employee after being told by another employee the situation appologized. not to me. at all. not yet. not very stand up if you ask me. This review is hard to write becuase i love some of the employees there so much but obviously managment leaves much to be desired and with so many dispensaries out there hmph...............i feel so uncomfortable walking in there because here you have the ones i truly love caring and appologizing because no i didnt deserve any of it but the people in charge and the employee not a word not very nice. i never asked for anything for free i never asked for a discount becuase what does that matter i already spend it in there anyway and i wouldnt be a good customer if you cut my sales for your appology discount thats just shorting yourselves the financials which truly is what it comes down to for you guys. i thought it would have been rectified being it was free. i realize im not very comfortable many placews these days becasue no one believes in neighborhood support of buisiness within the community so employees at your local are still rude and crude. it wasnt like that there till i realized i was ultimately giving my money to someone who is like that. we have enough buisiness like that its marijuana man relax...

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review on the dispensary. Unfortunately the staff left me no option. I purchased some product from this location and after taking home and trying it. Come to find out it is defective. I went in to see what possibly be done or at least purchase a new cartridge but after being yelled at by staff I just wasn’t having a productive conversation with the team member. He was extremely argumentative and somewhat rude. Saying he is having a bad day. That does not justify snapping at a customer. I wasn’t having as big of an issue with the so called return policy just wasn’t understanding it very clear at first due to the lack of communication. The manager came out and explained things. I did still leave unhappy with the situation and product I can not use. I don’t recommend this location. Plenty of friendly customer base locations around. Also avoid Kush Masters THC cartridges. This dispensary is great and such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The vibrant colorful exterior adds some flair to our gritty, industrial neighborhood. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of edibles all at very reasonable prices. Their online ordering is very simple and makes things super easy during these weird and difficult times. My girlfriend and I were always hoping for a dispensary to come to our neighborhood. Previously the closest dispensary was an overpriced Starbuds that was over two miles away and having such an awesome place in walking distance...
