Website description is very deceptive. I thought I was getting 72 of an item and instead got 18 so what I thought was a good deal turned out to be me paying (with $35+ shipping included) such a ridiculous amount for this item. I was so convinced I should have received 72 items, that I filed a claim with UPS because I thought part of my order was lost or stolen. It wasn’t until I reached out to this company to confirm they sent the whole shipment that I was informed I received the whole shipment. I don’t know if they are purposely trying to deceive people or it’s just poor wording but I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and when I requested at least a partial refund, I stopped receiving emails from them. Today will be the 3rd email I send regarding a refund and requesting a response. Buyer beware

Response to owner: Am I going to be receiving a follow up email to my request for a refund? And I do not understand. The description in my email confirmation clearly states “24 units x3” with a small 6 units under it. How else am I supposed to interpret that? That’s false advertising. And I’m not disputing that a large amount needed to go towards shipping but that price plus the price of the item makes the amount I paid for 18 cantaritos ridiculous. And when I thought I got a good deal on 72, I could overlook the quality of the cantaritos but now knowing I paid so much per item, the quality is terrible. This is starting to feel like a scam. No phone number to contact them. I placed an (online) order 10+ days ago ($400+) and received a "your order is on the way" email but never received an acutal tracking number. The email stated that delivery time is 3-5 days... it's been more than 10 and no updates. Mind you, we are located only a 3hr drive away from the "warehouse" within CA. Will contact Paypal to request a refund and report as fraud. Be aware and do not purchase from here, prices look good to attract customers but what are good prices worth if you do not receive any product.

Responding to the business comment: This is false, please provide proof that you have reached out. I checked spam and general inbox and do not see any response. Just now after I left the review someone reached out... all of the sudden my items (apparently all of my items) were out of stock but could be shipped today. So why even send out a shipping confirmation. Be aware ppl, they are not in the business of actuall sending you product....
