The customer service is not the best, but this is space mom purchased 20 years ago. She didn't even know that there is more that comes to for paying everything else that comes with it. Communication needs to be better immediately. The manager never called me back. One we did all the planning for mom's service and until almost two weeks we get a call that they do not do burials on May 10 because of mother's day, which nationally is it not a legal holiday. We had a contract and they knew our dates. You can imagine we're grieving and angry. We had to pay more for the changes and do the services on the 10th and buried mom on the 11th. The lack of communication. My mother passed on April 17, 2023 and the same day I called them. I even went to there office. Besides the lack of communication the last thing that no one know, until now that you are reading this, a few days before the mortuary called me that mom's casket had to be change because this cemetery just notice the dimensions on the casket. Legally it's 30' they asked for under 29' the one we had was 29.75. There was more to pay for the change of contact and ect. Rhe cemetery didn't bother to call me they called the mortuary. And what about our emotions and feelings were hurting and this place didn't make it any easier with the process. When you purchased spaces there is more than spaces and sadly the lack of communication with this cemetery is unacceptable and unprofessional. Park Lawn Cemetery earned my trust and respect when they took care of my father’s Funeral arrangements when he passed away.
