Lueders Park Community Center — Attraction in Compton

The new permanent location for the Compton Chamber Pantry is the Lueders Park Community Center located at 1500 East Rosecrans Ave. in Compton. The "Compton Chamber Pantry" will resume its operations at the new site on Monday, March 1st, 2021. The first food pick-up date open to public will be Wednesday, March 4th, 2021. It's an alright park during the daytime. They just put in an all new kids play area with the soft floor so if they fall. There's a swimming pool in the far corner that doesn't seem very much used but should be. There are some homeless folks around but they don't bother anyone. Park is closed after dark and there's no reason to be there then anyway, unless you are trying to find somewhere to sleep and there's better...
