Tejas Bingo — Attraction in Conroe

I have came here multiple times and never had a problem . We sometimes have runners walking past us while you have your hands up saying they’ll come back and never do or take multiple games later to get to you but they let us know they are short staffed which is fine. Besides that we always grab some snacks to eat at the little Food place inside . Well today we got loaded fries and they had a hair ( very short straight black hair) under the first French fry we took off the plate so I took it back up to ask the lady if it could be remade . We all have long dark brown hair and the only male with us had curly black hair . All I got out was “ Hi there I was just wanting to let you know the food had hair in it …. Can I … and the lady cut me off and flipped out right there saying WELL YEAH BECAUSE YOU just SIT THERE for five minutes before you touch your food . And I said EXCUSE ME ? there is no need for you to talk to me like that. The hair was under the French fry that was picked up so how is that my fault ?? We were prepping our tablets and bingo sheets before we touched the fries so I guess that’s what she was implying about taking a while to touch the food and we were no where near the Food area we were on the opposite end of the bingo hall so it’s weird she was staring at us and knowing we took a few minutes to even touch the food ? Anyways after I told her why are u talking like that she just threw it away and walked off and said I’ll bring you a new one with an attitude . So I walked off and she brought us a new one during the actual bingo game so again we didn’t touch the fries right away because we are in the middle of bingo . I look at the fries and right on top there is a gray hair . And no one at my table has gray hair ? So I go back up there and she starts taking loud and making a scene saying she already made the food twice there is no hair ! That it’s gray and not hers which she did have a few gray hairs mostly black but she could see there was a hair. And she started flipping out throwing a tantrum when I didn’t even approach her angrily but we were definitely not eating the fries with hair in it . She said she wasn’t making them again I said I don’t want you to I’d just like my money back we haven’t even ate any. And she said NO I’m not giving it . And I told her just give me my money back u can see the hair and see that I didn’t eat it she finally did after throwing her fit this lady is more than twice my age. Come to find out this lady was the manager of the food area … weird she acted that way very unprofessional and inappropriate when confronted with an issue. I unfortunately didn’t take any photos because I really didn’t expect to have that interaction with the lady or to originally complain until she started acting that way. The whole interaction with this lady made me want to get up and leave and not come back. Everything besides the food manager is normally good . I’d normally recommend this place. Maybe she was having a bad day but still inappropriate and...

Good and bad experience. Today plan disappointed. They gave us the wrong play sheet, they could of done a better job watching what they were selling! Because of my deslixa I have to highlight certain bingo patterns, well after wasting my time before bingo game started, come to find out they sold us the wrong sheet! Not a fun experience trying to go with the correct pattern, after management was notified, the problem wasn't fixed the reason they didn't want to loose any money. Um ok? Not like they do anyways with the million pull tabs that are constantly sold. The runner's are ok I guess but yesterday the caller was very robotic sounding as their were finger nails scratching a chalk board plus she could care less in getting back to the caller station she was too busy stuffing her face! Over all my several times coming here have been both...
