Absolutely horrible customer service. I had placed an order and put in the special instructions for the delivery driver to call upon arrival as we were at my apartments pool and I had planned to meet him when he got here. Supposedly the instructions did not go through, so when no one answered the door the driver just left instead of calling. I waited about 15 or so minutes after being notified that it was out for delivery because I live right across the street and it shouldn't have taken that long. They tell me the driver came back and they will remake the order and send it back out. I'm thinking that's great thank you, I dont particularly want to wait another 30 minutes but at least my food will be hot. Then they tell me that they're going to cancel the first order so they need my card info again, we used a different card because I had left mine at my apartment. Here's where it really goes wrong. Both cards were charged and neither transaction was ever cancelled. I gave it some time to see if it would eventually be reversed and then when it never did, I called the store to let them know the situation. The very clueless cashier goes to ask her manager and she then tells me I need to bring proof of the transactions to the store. I do so immediately, as I said I live right across the street. I get there and the same clueless cashier I spoke to on the phone tries to help me out. She keeps walking back and forth to talk to her manager who apparently couldn't take the time to come to the front to speak to me. The manager tells her I need to send proof of the transactions to their email. I tell her I cant screenshot my bank account due to a security feature, SHE TELLS ME TO GO TO MY BANK AND GET A STATEMENT. I shouldn't have to run around town because you charged me twice, and then you told me on the phone to bring them to the store and I did exactly as asked. So I called their corporate guest services, the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and assured me that they would contact the store and let them know that they needed to issue a refund for the transaction within 3 business days. Okay, great. Nope. Didnt happen. I called once again and was told that the store manager notified them that a refund was not necessary because the first transaction had been immediately cancelled. That is what was suppose to happen. BUT THAT INDEED IS NOT THE CASE, as I still have the charge on my bank account!!! After this most recent experience I will most likely not be ordering from this location again. I placed my order online but then realized I miscounted and needed to order one more personal sized "Hut Box". I didn't see a place to edit my order or add on to it so I did the only other thing I knew to do, I called them. The employee that picked up has ZERO phone ettiquette and should not be working the phones without better training as it seemed like it was his first time ever talking to a customer on the phone. You should really tell people when they place an online order and then call to add something, that it cancels a credit card payment out entirely. We were unpleasantly surprised and caught off guard when your driver showed up and expected cash and we only have card, so he then had to call the restaurant and I had to give my card over the phone...twice because the employee on the phone which was not the same employee who added onto the order either didn't hear me correctly the 1st time or mis-typed it, I'm really not sure. You can not expect people to have cash sitting around at this day in age, I'm sure some people do but we definitely do not. Because of this mix up, it took about an additional 5-10 minutes before we got our food which was then just kinda warm and not hot. The driver seemed incredibly annoyed at the entire situation, which is understandable it wasn't his fault, but in that moment his professionalism should have been made a priority. I had planned to include a tip when signing the reciept....however, he never gave me one even when I asked for it so unfortunately he missed out. You should also make sure that the customer does indeed recieve all of their food. It may seem like a small thing but the side of fries that we ordered but didn't receive was the only thing that one of our family members wanted so we had to still figure out a solution for them. Steven told me that my pizza should arrive in about 30 to 45 minutes. I contacted Pizza Hut back after noticing that it has been an hour. I spoke to an cashier and asked if she could tell me where is the driver, because I haven't received my pizza. The cashier asked for my name and address, I gave her the information, I was told that,there wasn't an order placed. I asked the cashier could I please talk to the manager, I told the manager about me placing and paying for an order. The manager said that,there wasn't anything that he could do. I know that I placed an order and I was scammed by his employee, also the manager said, there's no Steven that works there. That person is a scammer.please fo not order over the phone because, I was scammed..I never would have ever expected that this would happen at a place of business to get scammed. This is the worst unimaginable experience in my life. The manager wasn't professional, I told him that his company should deliver my pizza,so he went on to say that he wasn't going to, I told him that I would contact Better Business Bureau and he laughed and told me , that you don't really know me.
