I would also give a 0 if there was an option I have called the main office and tried to complain on whoever Shirley is who talked to my daughter like a dog when she called to lay my bill for me which she does all the time and had combined my bill and her bill together she lives next door not even in the same house and was told that if she didn't pay her bill by the 17th they were cutting both hers and mine off permanency and that there was nothing either of us could do about it that we didn't have a dog in this fight. Read moreI am the GM for Laurel Lake Camping Resort in Corbin Ky. I am speechless about the changes going on with the cable company. New owners or not, bought out or not, we still need service!! I am still paying an outrageous monthly service bill but can’t get them to come out and service us and it’s not just us per say, it’s 84 campers and 14 Cabins that are suffering from the lack of service. I am seriously considering a law suite against them for loss of revenue and contract violations. Believe me if I had another option for a different provider I would already be on board. Read moreNot sure why all the bad reviews. I came from Windsteam which was terrible. My speeds are ALWAYS about 10% more than what my package is. The installer said they do that to maintain accurate speed for your package. I have called a few times talked with Sherry which has always been fantastic. and she has has let me try out all the speeds they offer so I would be happy and to get the right package for my needs. Never had one issue with dropping rebooting or customer service. Great company....
