SCAMMERS!! I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I called lady said ,highlights start at $145, but I ended up being charged $350 without any clear explanation of the pricing. I take responsibility for forgetting to confirm the price beforehand, but I feel like the stylist took advantage of that. I paid $100 in cash and $250 via Zelle—and I was never given a receipt. To make matters worse, the front part of my hair is still purple, and when I brought it up, she just told me to wash it twice. I've been getting highlights every 6 to 8 months for years, and I’ve never paid anywhere near $350. This felt like a scam, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating.
