I am going to piggy-back off of Terrell Newby's review from one week ago, referencing a purchase made in WA on 2-9-2023. He may be up to something regarding q./c. and/or oversight of the ingredients, particularly salt.
My first bag of Celtic Sea Salt, purchased in December, 2022 at a Costco in MT contained the absolute best caramels in the history of the universe that has ever been created - a delicious caramel with a touch of crispy sea salt that was indescribably satisfying. *FIVE STARS
Now my second bag, purchased 2-22.23 at the same old Costco did not contain the same amount or ratio of caramel to crunchy sea salt. Says there are 42/bag and I have probably consumed 15-20 so far, with maybe 5 of them mixed with that same amount of 'just a hint' of actual salt to chew from my first bag. *THREE STARS
Where Terrell Newby describes something like 1/3 of his bag being too salty and I am saying that so far this current bag contains 2/3 with not even a hint of salt...I am just saying, please be meticulous to perfect your salt ratio. Not every caramel is going to be perfect, however we know consistency when we taste it...or crunch it.
Anyway, thank you, keep up the good work, and keep us...

Read moreMy family and I had such an amazing time on our recent trip to Bequet. I live in Bozeman, but rarely make it into the factory store. We had relatives in town so I got to play tourist with them. The young girl working the front was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations of caramels to try. We ended up buying the flavors she suggested after we tried them. She could not have been nicer. I typically just stick with sea salt but cinnamon may be my new favorite. We stayed here longer than I had planned because my relatives and I were having such a good time chatting with her. To those who live in the area, I definitely recommend visiting the store even when you don't have relatives in town. I know I will be going back soon. Don't forget to...
