I would NOT recommend shopping here. My 70-year-old mother bought a fridge from here and the sales person sold her a fridge without requiring dimensions. She asked my mother what year her condo was built and made the assumption that the fridge would fit in order make a quick sale. My mother is now stuck with a $150 delivery charge and when I called to ask if there was any way it could be discounted for our trouble the manager told me it was my mother's fault for not bringing dimensions. The sales person should have required those numbers and counseled my mother better with this purchase. Otherwise, why even go into a store if we can't expect some level of expertise in at least offering a checklist of information before buying?...

Alex is a terrible sales man. He never showed up when he scheduled to come measure my floors. When he finally did show up, no one was home to help him. He never called to reschedule either. After hanging onto their showroom samples for weeks I took them back. I complained about this gentleman not showing up and he promptly rescheduled and was out to measure in two days. I'm STILL WAITING for the estimate about three weeks later. In the meantime, I've gone to Bridger Mountain Flooring in Belgrade. Their business has came and measured, given me an estimate and installed a partial amount of my job. All to my satisfaction. Skip these guys and go elsewhere. You'll be...

What a joke! The customer service is awful. A consultant named Alex came over to measure and promised to take care of us. He talked a big game and that's it! We never received any calls back and they completely vanished on us. I made numerous calls and sent emails to check on the status of our project with no response. A one star review is being generous.
