BUYER BEWARE......We ordered thousands of dollars for a job and they stated they got the order together only to find out that they did not have the "exact" items placed, as we were to be okay with substitutes since they sold the other items from our order to someone else. Then, they wanted us to be there to unload the truck with their driver. When I explained this was not an option, as only women would be at the jobsite that day. When I respectfully challenged them, "Why do I need to do your job?" They explained that this was NOT THEIR JOB to unload the truck. Who's job is it then the customer? Charge a delivery fee?
