Clarins Factory Store — Attraction in Banning

Price tag was Not accurate on a lipstick. Once the lipstick was scanned the price is higher. Misleading information that ruined my Clarins brand experience.

At 6:30 pm on Saturday the cashier said the manager was off and calling won’t make any difference. The cashier did offered a 10% discount, still lower than the price tag difference. ¡The cashier tried to help! ¡That was sweet!

However, the price tag was not honored.

Dropped into this Desert Hills store a few weeks ago searching for a discontinued cleanser and the young gentleman working there (sorry I’ve forgotten your name) was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to inform me about about other products.
