Food was good and consistent with company standards. The drive thru service was lacking. Right when we drove in, no greetings whatsoever. Just silence then an abrupt "order when you're ready". A little rude, but whatever. What happened to "good afternoon, thank you for choosing Taco Bell, what can I get you today?" Nope, just four lazy words.
After we placed our small order, the worker says in a surprised and rude tone "THATS IT?!" Surprised he responded in that manner we merely say yes. But it begs the question, why are you speaking to guests in that manner? If you want us to order more to meet a quota, put an effort to upsell. Regardless, don't be rude to guests.
When we got to the window, the worker just said the price of our order. No double checking if he got the order correct. Nor did he ask if we would like condiments with our order. We had to wait after he provided our bag to inquire on condiments.
I've worked in customer service/hospitality for many years and each company has its standards. This employee definitely wasn't meeting his company's standards. I'm not writing this review to bash on the employee but rather give constructive feedback on how to perform better for this job and any future job as well.

A few minutes later, an employee, with a very surprised look on her face came around the corner. I told her I was ready to order. She told me I had to use the kiosk. I asked her if she did not take orders at the counter. She told me MANAGEMENT discouraged that, and that I had to do my own ordering at the kiosk. I told her I didn't know how it worked. She took me over to the kiosk and basically took my order, but it was very time intensive, and could have been handled better at the counter. When she asked how I was going to pay, I said cash. There was no place to put cash into the kiosk, and she explained I would have to pay at the counter. The whole thing just seemed stupid and counter-intuitive to me. Read moreI ordered through that Taco Bell app, after seeing a pretty delicious looking burrito online called the grilled cheese double steak burrito and it sounded great, but was just a big letdown there was hardly any steak or any filling inside the Burrito for that matter, it was primarily all tortilla and a smidge of cheese on the outside, for my recent dealings from Taco Bell, I really think they shouldn't even be considered Mexican food & they really suck, I can honestly say I don't want any more taco bell food ever again.
