COACH Outlet — Attraction in Alpine

Arrive at the store after the posted 11am opening time to find two signs on the doors: “for the health and safety of their employees we have changed our hours to 12-6” and the other reads, “This store will be closed until further notice.”

Naturally, I am confused. Will Coach be open today at noon or closed until??? I called and spoke with a sales rep, who asked a manager if they planned on opening at noon, which they will… but for now they leave customers standing outside in the cold.

Once open, no one greeted me, they processed my return (which was a Christmas gift) and credited the card used with purchase rather than offering a store credit or exchange. Rude!!

I highly encourage Coach Outlet to update the hours/closing status on the website for loyal customers to better plan their...

Hands down..this store and their personnel ROCK. I live in the Midwest. I called and called around for the Maggie tote. Not only were the on hands accurate and they had it in stock, Store Mgr Erica did her thang packing my new addition exceptionally well. Also, Ms Kaitlyn was beyond helpful on the phone while processing my order. These ladies are the definition of satisfying customer service.
