Horrible place. Do not rent from them. One price on the website and bill is something totally different. I would give 0 stars if I could. Edit to add: confetti house owner said theyâll refund the whole entire thing and will come and pick up the slide (which I never asked for) I just donât understand the absurd charge I was hit with on a $300 slide- donât think that owner understands how customer service work. Why would I ever take away the slide thatâs already planted in my yard and my kids have seen it- instead of making the part right thatâs making your customer upset- will never rent from them again. ALSO itâs not the first time Iâm renting a slide for my kids but I usually use other places- I got in a pinch and had to go with them. Very big mistake. Please explain to me how a slide thatâs $325 on your website even with taxes and paying my $75 deposit youâre hitting me with $491 in final balance?!!! Thatâs absolutely crazy. For this I couldâve rented two slides. Just awful place and the owner is very ignorant to not even try to make right the part thatâs upsetting the customer- I could careless about a refund LOL Editing to respond to the âownerâ: Hi, Owner. Thank you for taking the time to respond and for the detailed breakdown.
Iâm fully aware of what I selected on the website, and I donât dispute the technicalities of the booking. My concern was never about what was printed in small font â it was about how the overall process was handled and how I was treated when I brought up a concern.
I felt dismissed and talked down to when trying to clarify charges and communicate frustration â and yes, emotions were high on both ends. But to imply that your staff was âassistingâ while I was simply being rude feels like a one-sided recap. Good customer service means handling the customer â even a frustrated one â with a bit more grace than a lecture about how âjam packedâ your schedule is.
Offering to pick up the rental after delivery wasnât exactly a solution â that felt more like an âopt-outâ than customer care. I didnât want a refund. I wanted understanding.
At this point, Iâm not asking for anything to be âmade right.â I just wanted to be heard â not corrected. But Iâll certainly take this experience into account when choosing who to do business with going forward.
Thanks for your message, though the tone is less âkindâ and more condescendingly dismissive.
Let me be clearâI didnât leave a one-star review for fun. I left it because my experience warranted it. Your team may have âreviewed the call,â but cherry-picking what sounds nice while ignoring the actual issue doesnât change what happened. Offering a refund after the fact doesnât erase poor communication or how I was treated in the moment. And squeezing someone into your âtight scheduleâ isnât a favor when youâre getting paid for itâletâs not twist that into charity.
If your staff âtried to help,â it wasnât received that way, and perception does matter in business, especially when you claim to care about your community.
Iâm sorry you didnât like the review, but that doesnât make it unfairâit makes it honest. Iâve said what I needed to say, and I...
Read moreI threw a birthday party for my special needs son here. Great aesthetics walking in. However, I was disappointed when I was alerted soon as I walked in to set up, that they were having a problem with my balloon arch. After bringing in food and other things to set up on the tables, I noticed the balloon arch was not an arch, but More of a balloon cluster. For the arch I agreed to it alone was $125., so no I did not expect a huge arch, because their bigger balloon arches are over $300, but we expected the balloons to be in the form of an arch, which they absolutely were not! The two girls helping host our party asked me when I wanted popcorn and cotton candy made, I told the ladies 5pm would be great because guest weâre told the party started at 4:30pm, which would give them time to arrive and be a little tardy. When the ladies came to start the popcorn machine and cotton candy machine, we lost power in the party room. The girls alerted me and said they needed to speak with a manager on what to do., after about eight minutes the young ladies still looked very clueless, and thatâs when I offered my cousin who was a guest to help, because heâs an electrician with NASA. He in fact had to get involved and he is what got the power back on in the party room. In the meantime, the popcorn machine started back up., popcorn, began popping all over the floor! Which is where it belonged, because it had absolutely no taste! And a few minutes after that, the power went out where the bounce houses are! It was dark! Kids were screaming! And stuck in the bounce houses, as they deflated! After all said and done when the power finally did come back on, everyoneâs favorite bounce house, never fully blew back up correctly. It literally flopped back and forth, the rest of the evening. I spent $703 on my sonâs party with expectations of having everything go great, we had guests from Georgia and Florida, even a few came down from Cleveland. It was embarrassing to have things go the way they did, with several disappointments. I did call and speak with a manager. I felt like my concerns were justified that the lights were only out for five minutes as if thatâs even OK. I was only offered to be compensated $125 towards a future party. It wouldâve really been nice to been offered that money back and not a credit. Especially when my family and I, will never book here again. Book here at your own risk! I also added photos of my so called...
Read moreThis Thanksgiving, our family tried something new and exciting â inflatable Velcro axe throwing. It was a hit among everyone, from the youngest at 6 years old to the eldest at 76. The setup was fast and easy and included two separate targets, allowing for a friendly competitive spirit to flourish.
The inflatable targets were sturdy and safe, making it ideal for a family gathering. Each target came equipped with three Velcro axes, which were light yet gave a satisfying 'thud' when they hit the target. The axes were easy to handle and throw, even for the younger participants, ensuring that everyone could join in the fun.
We organized into teams, which added an extra layer of excitement. The competitive element was enjoyable but remained friendly, ensuring laughs and cheers dominated the day. The simplicity of the game meant that even those who had never thrown an axe before quickly got the hang of it.
What made this game stand out was its accessibility and inclusiveness. It was heartwarming to see family members of all ages laughing and competing together. The safety of the inflatable and Velcro components meant that we could relax and enjoy without any concerns.
Overall, inflatable Velcro axe throwing was a fantastic addition to our Thanksgiving festivities. It's a great way to bring the family together, encourage a bit of healthy competition, and create memories that will last a lifetime. We're already looking forward to including it in our future...
