Bobba tea and Eats — Restaurant in Boardman

Keep in mind this was a mall foodcourt location. After standing at the counter for 3+ minutes waiting to be acknowledged, I finally said hello. The guy working turns around acting surprised, my bad dude I didn't realize you were at work selling things to customers who might actually want to buy them. I went back and had a pretty bad experience, me and my friend got something that tasted really watered down and really just overall bad so we asked if we could get something else because of that, they said that we would have to pay again. I overall understand the situation but considering the fact that It was probably just the mix or something that doesn't seem fair to me.

So...

I bought a matcha tea from here today and as I was sipping and chewing the bobba pearl I chewed up something crunchy and it was a bug. So nasty. Never again I am buying from this place. Who knows what other stuff is in here. Can never trust any food...
