Double Bogey’s Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Ohio

So me and my family goes here every Thursday last week on September 21 was horrible. Our waitress name was Ashely. Let's just start there. We sat there for like 15 minutes and my mother asked excuse me. Do you know who our waiter is? I don't know, but I'll find out come to find out our waiter was Ashely Never seen anybody wait on tables over a banister screaming what did you say again remind you it was five of us very dry attitude mid age lady Some of the orders was messed up and My aunt asked for extra dressing for her salad. My sister asked for her fries that never came. She seemed like she had a attitude because she had to go back-and-forth to The kitchen, but if we wasn't screaming the orders out over the banister and you were standing at the table, you would've heard the order correctly the first time instead of going back-and-forth I gave her my bank card with my checkout ticket and I treated my mother so therefore we had to my aunt my sister and the rest of them some paint with money and their cards She only charged me for my food Ashely the waitress she ended up charging my aunt with my mother's food. I don't know how she get everything confused and mixed up by the time she got to the register, but she did I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because I have a daughter that's 27 Waitress at two major restaurants in canton I asked her can I speak to the manager and she had a smirk on her face and said I'm a manager I said nice try go get another manager so the guy came out and he was like what's going on. What's wrong? What's wrong? How was you guys Food? I'm pretty sure when she went back to the kitchen. She told you what was the problem And yeah, we have to definitely get better. Customer service because this is ridiculous. I've been gone there for over a year and never experience with me and my family and friends experience last Thursday, which was September 21. I let him know that I don't know about the rest of my family and guest that we were wet, but I definitely will not return because You're the manager. All you said was I'll talk to Ashely, but Ashley was standing over there at the register with her friend watching our table as he talk to us with a smirk on our face Customer service is everything and when you go out to any restaurant high in mid in or even a drive-through Customer service is everything and Ashely I'm sorry sweetie you need to be retrained Immediately you guys are gonna lose a lot of customers here if we don't resolve a problem of Customer service so her tip for that night was nothing because she was rude and...

doesn't seem like this place is ever prepared for high-volume days/holidays. only 3 bartenders working the front bar New Year's Eve night, what a joke. took a WHOLE HOUR to get a drink. yes, I watched the time. even though I was the person on the very end, standing there the longest, I got ignored every single time. i gave them all the attention too to attempt to order. these bartenders know they're ignoring you too and choose to grab the newest customers who come to the middle. our group eventually got a table and ordered fries for us to share. our "server" lady gave us the nastiest, meanest attitude when we asked if they were still serving food. this was at 9:30pm by the way. she came back, put the fries on the table without saying a single word, and never came back. I did not have more than one fry, this was too OVERSEASONED, which made them extremely spicy. no one at our table ate them. couldn't even find our server afterwards to even attempt to have them remake them. they also charged us $20 for these fries which is hilarious to me. I also came to this place the night before Thanksgiving. everyone knows that night is insane for "going out". they also had 4 bartenders for this night. I will not continue to go places that are not prepared for the night to come. seems like this happens too often and its only bringing your business down and your tips as well. learn how to properly staff your establishment...

The absolute worst place I have EVER eaten.... the service was HORRIBLE!!! Went there with a group for a holiday get-together.... took an hour for the waitress to even come and take orders... the group had a limited menu which I can understand with a large group but when the food came out it was all brought out one menu item ex. Plate of spaghetti.. and they went around carrying the plate asking who ordered this and set it down in front of them... the next menu item the same thing.... one person ordered an appetizer before her meal and they never brought her dinner out.... at all!!! The waitress only took the order and we never saw her again... someone else brought out the food the waitress never came back to the table to see if we needed any drinks or if our meal was ok or not like they didn't even care if so she would have found our someone didn't get their meal....... she did come with the checks though. and as many restaurants do they charged a surcharge for using a credit card but they also added on a 22% private party charge..... I'm thinking it was the tip but there was no one to ask so that is what it became....I will NEVER go back to that place again!!! I asked for a box to take my leftover food home in and couldn't even get that my husband went to the bar to get one. What am...
