D.J. Bitzan Jewelers — Attraction in Waite Park

Thanks for an amazing experience of the last several months! I first visited kay's and a couple other local jewlers before I stopped into D.J. Bitzan and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service was top notch and what was really important for me during this stressful time was not feeling pressured to buy something. The staff was mainly just excited to try and find something that would be perfect. I was so impressed and happy I stopped in, that I didn't even finish going to a couple other places on my list and bought a ring that very same day!

The staff: I would highly recommend Michael if your a guy just wanting to have a relaxed experience and get really good advice and service. I also appreciated how they did take the time to show you a good amount if different rings and mainly sit down and go over different types of quality with you and compare them with you, and help you determine what factors are mainly important to you and whoever your buying a ring for. I also truly believe I got a very high quality ring at a reasonable price (if you stop at other retailers, you will notice a way better quality in my opinion from D.J. Bitzen.) After I bought my ring they wanted to know about how I planned on proposing and gave me some pointers and also a little pouch instead of a case since I had a long hike to our location! Also, after the proposal, we went in to get the ring sized and they had a very nice little gift basket for me and my fiancé. Again, all the little things add up and is why I highly recommend them. I just recently went back in to D.J. Bitzan to get some wedding bands and was helped by Emily. I would also highly recommend Emily for great service experience. We first went in and found a band we loved but it was a little high for our price point and we gave it a night to think about it. The next day we went in we didn't feel like we were a bother to them or like they were trying to make us stick with the more expensive band. However, I felt like Emily was even more determined to find us the perfect weddings bands. Emily was very knowledgeable about different manufactures and was able to help us custom order a band that my fiancé really liked. Both Emily and Michael helped out with my band as well. For men, they have a really good selection of both high and low price points and took the time to explain why some are more and less and what I should go with due to my occupation and hobbies.

It is due to all of these factors, that I highly recommend you stopping into D.J. Bitzan before you purchase somewhere else. You won't be disappointed with the service and quality you get, as well as the warranty and appreciation if you purchase with them. Amazing service. They really do go above and beyond. My fiance and I were shopping around to shop around at different jewelers and I happened upon DJ Bitzan. After reading a few reviews on Google we made a trip up to St. Cloud. The employees are all very friendly and courteous, opening doors for us, offering beverages, and really making a personal connection. We spent a few hours with Emily looking over engagement rings until we saw the one. We new it. After picking the ring out, we decided to sign up for their financing program which is again something that can't be beat for a couple on a budget. I was able to get my fiance the ring she wanted at an unbelievable price. Fast forward to getting my ring, again what a great experience! We had been given a $100 gift card from the first ring and wanted to use that towards a simple men's wedding band. After being helped by Michael, looking at various different metals and styles, I decided on a simple ring with a unique design. And then we came to find out that it was on sale for over half off! This time we decided to just pay outright for the ring(it was more within budget) and mentioned the $100 gift card, so that was taken off the balance as well, even without bringing it in! We just received my wedding band last week and it looks even better than I'd thought. As well as the two wedding bands we decided on for her ring. They are now being soldered together, which is something they are expediting to have ready for us in time for our wedding next week. If I could go back and give myself advice, it would be to skip all stops at prior jewelry stores and would have made DJ Bitzan my one and only stop. My boyfriend and I took a trip to the cities to sit down and look at rings along with a few others in the central Minnesota area, and nothing compares to the experience and quality we received when meeting with Emily. Emily was able to take my ideas from every direction and help organize them and really bring forward my taste and style into a unique design. The anxiety and uncertainty the ring shopping process was nonexistent when sitting down with her, I left feeling very confident and truly excited for what we came up with together. I would not have been able to narrow down all my ideas if it was not for her patience, her time and her passion to really create something that was fitting for me. Their follow up and communication gives me confidence that we made the best choice when ring shopping, I never once felt like it was just about making the sale, it has always been about making sure we were happy with our choices. Our experience of shopping for an engagement ring was as a very intimidating and stressful experience with other businesses, feeling like something was missing, feeling rushed, and that they were not really understanding what I was looking for. After two meetings with Emily and conversations and questions through messaging, she has turned this into a fun and exciting new memory we will get to share in our story.
