I hate giving this low of stars to a caribou but it's horrible. Ordered ahead on the app to pick up. When we arrived shortly after ordering we discovered someone else had taken our drinks. Not the staffs fault but what happened after was. When we noticed someone else had our drinks and had his fingers all over the drink opening there was no way we were going to accept those drinks. He brought them up and I politely told them to please make new ones. Instead of good customer service they looked at me like I said something completely horrible and then the other worker looked at our drinks and said these are fine why do we need to remake them? Heard of COVID? Heard of I don't want to drink something someone else put their fingers all over? Let alone took a drink of! They're rude workers just rude. Wouldn't recommend getting your coffee here. The one in the parking lot of the mall is a 1000x better. I recommend you get your coffee there before...
Read moreSome days this location is really good and can keep up with more than one customer at a time, other days, most days I wonder why in the hell I made my mobile order here and why I tipped as it shouldn’t take me a 15/20min wait in line behind 2 cars just to get my coffee and food I’ve seen waiting by the window the entire time. I get it I’ve worked in food service almost a decade now various places & atmospheres, but I also don’t get being short with me or only giving me half me order and then still being short with me or hear something rude with another guest. I get a big order or 2 in a row can be stressful but also it really shouldn’t be. Read moreI frequently visit this particular location. The quality and service have always been great but lately seems like things have gone down hill. I have gone through the drive-thru several times where they have asked me to come inside because their doing a system update, people go through the drive-thru so they don't have to go in. The last 3 times I have been there and ordered a hot beverage it was cold or Luke warm at best. When I went inside to voice my concerns the girl treated me like I was an idiot, while she said 'our computers just can't keep up with the points cards'. I did proceed to order a beverage and had to ask her to come back to the counter to take my points card, which they usually ask for. I'm feeling a bit disappointed and will not be back to...
