THIS TIME AROUND MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. I PURCHASED MY WEDDING RING A YEAR AGO WITH MY WIFE, IT WAS A MANS RING AND HAD A STONE PUT IN IT. KARI STRINGER WAS VERY NICE AND DESPITE MY VERY LONG PINKY NAIL SHE HAD NO PROBLEM GRABBING MY HAND AND PLACING RINGS ON MY FINGER, INCLUDING THE WORDS IM NOT PROPOSING AS A JOKE....LOL.. ( NO I DONT DO DRUGS, JUST LIKE MY PINKY NAILS LONG AS A FAD, IM VERY ATHLETIC!) MY RING IS AWESOME ALTHOUGH I DID HAVE TO GET A 1CT STONE TO FIT IN THE SETTING BECAUSE THE SMALLER STONE I WAS TOLD WAS WOULDNT WORK AS WELL. MMMM? I DO BELIEVE THEY ARE A BIT OVERPRICED BUT SO ARE BABY PHAT JEANS... ITS A PREFERENCE. THEY HAD AN OK SELECTION BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SEEN BETTER STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM. MY RING WAS ONE LIKE A MANS TOOL IN A WAY AND I ENJOY VERY MUCH, I PUT IN A YELLOWISH GOLD DIAMOND THAT I FOUND MADE THE RING STAND OUT BETTER RATHER THAN THE WHITE, I TRIED MANY RINGS AND MANY DIAMONDS AND GOT ALL THE HELP I WANTED.. I WAS AT ZALES FASHION FAIR MALL FOR THIS SHOW, TOLD BY TAMMY AND NAIOMI AFTER BUYING MY WIFES VERA WANG WEDDING SET. THE JEWELER ON SCENE FITTED MY RING AND PUT DIAMOND IN WAS AWESOME AS WELL BUT FORGOT HIS NAME... THANKS GUYS FOR THE GREAT RING AND SERVICE... ONLY ISSUE IS THE PRICE CAN BE...

I was working the Dana Augustine show last May from a Zales in SC. I had brought in a ring that was my Mother-in-law’s whom she had received around the 1940’s. We never really gave the ring much thought because my husband was not sure if the stones were real. Getting to my point I had Bob from Dana Augustine look over the 2 stone ring. Right in front of me, the manager Bob tested the stones with his diamond tester and stated they were real diamonds and that they weighed 3.4 ct tw. He even had them under the Gemscope asking me when she received this ring because the cut of the diamonds were unusual. He asked what I wanted to do with them, I wanted earrings, white gold, with screw backs. This cost about 500.00. I found out recently they are lab created white sapphires, I would not have spent the money on making them earrings if they were not real diamonds. Horrible Customer Service!! I purchased a Dana Augustine (DA) engagement ring from a jewelry store and several months later attempted to locate and purchase the companion wedding band. When I called DA I spoke to a pretty curt receptionist. DA apparently does not work directly with customers only jewelry stores so the receptionist quickly referred me back to the jewelry store. Unfortunately when I contacted the jewelry store to have them engage with DA they simply sent an email and never got a reply from DA. When I made the initial purchase the DA sales rep gave me a business card. I'm not sure why since DA has no interest in communication with its customers. Due to extremely poor post-sale customer service I will never purchase another piece of Dana Augustine ...
