Diamond Nails by KD — Attraction in Tucson

I have been to this place a total of 4 times. Each experience was even worse than the next. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The first time I was with a few friends. The staff kept pushing services on each one of us. One girl wanted a mani and pedi and her nails fell off within two days. The second girl only wanted a mani and she received grief for not wanting a pedi(though she had a fear of touching her feet.) I received a pedi and was pushed additional services.

The second time I went I received a full set. Two days later I had already lost two nails. I will give you a little bit of a backstory. I work in a call center. I don't work in labor or as a nurses aide. The nail flew off after petting my dad's dog who's an old man and doesn't do much in regards to activity. Come to find out that the nails had been lifted.

The third time I was simply told that they were too busy and to come back in 45 minutes(I was at the laundrymat and did not have the extra time to be waiting)

This last time was the final straw. I came in and asked how much it would be for a simple color. I had stopped biting my nails and am enjoying the fact that they are growing out but am struggling with upkeep so I was also going to ask for advice on that. They let me pick out the color set up put my hands in a bowl to soak before they told me an appointment had arrived and I would have to come back in 30 minutes.

Honestly the place accross the street has better, more consistent pricing and I have never had an issue with a nail coming off after 2 days. They always let me choose a custom design and was just inconvenient as I was at the laundrymat across the street. I will go to the other...

Went in w my daughter for a pedi and fill. This was not our first time there and has in the past good service not great but good service. The guy who did my pedi was rude, rough and not at all intrested in what I wanted and I feel it's because he knows he cut my toe nails so low and crooked that he was trying to cover it up. I told him this was too low and not at all what I wanted he kept trying to put his mess on me instead of trying to own up or make it better. When it came for my fill the same guy was rude and rough as well i did not like the Polish that I picked because it looked old as he was putting it on he kept telling me it will look better once he was finished so I gave it time I didn't want to be rude so when it was all done it still looked like crap.i told the guy and he said if I wanted to change it then i would have to pay for it. I am aware of this but since I let him at the second finger I don't feel I should of had to pay. My daughter walked in with the coffin nails and walked out with square nails she told the older man but she says he didn't respond to her. My daughter is not 1 to say anything rude so she went with it. This was the worst service I've experienced at this place I won't go back I feel if you go in for service and expect to walk out with what you ask for, then they should do it especially when...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR YOUR TIME GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! I paid 50$ for a job that 3 hrs later looks like HELL or better yet, that looks like I'm due now, for a new polish.. Black with silver tips.. I went to the bathroom 1 hour post nails being done and from pulling up my shorts down/up, I'm missing noticeable silver on the tips of 7 of my nails. I have smudged gel on 2 fingers, 1 thumb nail much longer than the other, and 3 fingers sore. I asked to have the silver faded black from the tip, and i got a silver line.. I could have raised hell,, but chose to give review instead... Won't...
