KFC — Restaurant in Arizona

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Literally JUST left the Valencia and cardinal location in Tucson AZ. Its August 24, 2022 5:40pm....

Whoever the rude employee/manager is NEEDS to be FIRED!! My Fiance and I have been customers of this location for years and it ALWAYS seems like theres something they dont have or some type of poor service but we put up with it....but not after today!!! We were ordering for our Sons birthday dinner(He specificallyaskedfor KFC for his Bday dinner which he will unfortunatelyNOT be getting today).

We pulled up to the drive thru window and proceeded to place our order...with our family meal order, we also asked for 2 extra sides of Mac and Cheese -which of course we would pay extra for- and we were told that it was going to be a few minutes...which my fiance replied, "that's fine, I'll wait." I guess the employee didnt feel like making the simple mac and cheese and the woman on the drive thru speaker than replied..."We aren't going to give you any extra sides...we arent giving out more than 2 sides per car!" When my fiance asked why she rudely replied "You know what?? Im not going to give you the mac and chees and in fact I'm not even going to give your chicken! My fiance then asked why and said he was willing to wait and pay for the extra sides. The woman than said "would you like some music" in a condescending and sarcastic tone and replied she was refusing to sell us the food....ALL BECAUSE HE ORDERED 2 EXTRA SIDES OF MAC N CHEESE...When he asked to speak to the MANAGER she replied that SHE WAS THE MANAGER while laughing and giving attitude! When he asked for the general managers information he was refused it and also refused the name of the nasty power drunk employee on the drive thru speaker. Who acts like this?! Bet these are the types of employees you see on TV poking their nose and smearing boogers on customers food! PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION...

NEVER AGAIN! If I could give a negative 1 star I would, since I didn't really get any service - I didn't want to use a kiosk with a human standing there. Didn't get any food & what atmosphere? The place was empty! Read the rest of the review - If you like this kind service this is the place to go! A friend & I walked in to order dinner on the way home. All I needed was dinner for me - My friend; dinner for 6 with extra sides. A girl w/o a name tag stood behind the register area while we were deciding what we wanted - she never spoke. Another couple walked in & we let them go ahead - since our orders were a bit complicated. As they began to give the "un-named" girl their order, they were told they HAD to place their order at the kiosk. Mind you, this girl is standing behind a screen with a card reader beside it. She never said anything about having to use the kiosk while my friend & I were standing in front of her for over 5 min. My friend went up to place her order - Total NO GO. Girl absolutely refused to accommodate a customer!!! We were told: "You can only place your order at the kiosk" Totally rude - no explanation. As we were walking out - the couple ahead of us were asking her how to use the kiosk - guess she had to do a bit of work anyway. Needless to say my friend & I won't be going to...

I haven't been to this location in a while due to bad experiences similar to what other people wrote in their reviews, BUT today I gave it another chance, and had ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE that tops them all. I waited 45 min in the drive through-only because I was stuck in line. I ordered my meal. I get to the window and they tell me they are out of mac&cheese, biscuits, and almost out of chicken. I ask for substitutes or a discount. They "can't do substitutes and have to pay full price" unless I want to pay more for additional items. I decided to get mashed potatoes for all my sides. They did offer a cookie as they do and have done in the past for all their inconveniences. After waiting 45+min for my drive through meal I get home and see they cut down my sides, and idk what parts of chicken they fried and sold me, but some chicken was burnt and some was not cooked all the way. Also, I ordered and paid for a 12 piece but got 8 pieces. Don't forget I also paid for biscuits that are supposed to be included in the meal, but didn't get because they were out; unless I opted to pay more for additional items because there are no...
