Our online order was drenched in mayo and mustard, after specifically asking for them to put hardly anything on my club sandwich. The other sandwich was the complete opposite, with missing requested condiments and completely dry!? We called management, as this was our second time experiencing this and the person answering denied to offer the name of her manager, so we went in person and the person on the phone had no alternative but to accept there was in fact a manager in store, after we threatened to speak to their general manager. She then accused us of threatening her although her staff said we didn't and she stated," nothings for free in this World." and that it was against policy. We paid good money and wanted what we ordered and respectfully requested that she remake our sandwiches but she only replaced one and was very snooty and unprofessional with her snide comments. Im not telling you how to do your job but somebody needs to be retrained, especially in a management position. Read moreLet me start off by saying I’m in there at least four a week I live right down the street I went in for basic 3 foot-long subs two cold cuts and a tuna fish, and it become a disaster. Your crew on Sunday night is completely lost , and their fight and argue with each other, they’re out of the bread that you want. Still got five good hours before they close. The lady cashier is trying to upsell the sandwiches before they’re even made claim. You have extra meat and stuff that you do not have the people making the sandwiches very very very chintzy on the veggies. I think my sub had a total of six jalapeño peppers and maybe a half a cup of lettuce While the staff is behind the counter, fighting amongst crew on how to roll the sandwiches and how to make them and whatever else they’re not listening to you at all and actually, they need completely re-trained and I think I will drive the extra four blocks down the street in Valencia to the subway. Read moreOne year and a half ago came to this location, and wouldn't sell me three footlongs because I was paying with a $ 50 bill. Later I Called the corporate office, within minutes the owner called me to apologize and offer me the meals for free, I didn't accepted it because I have never looked to get a free meal, but good and professional service instead. I didn't come back til today and oh man!, how disapointed I am again. The first guy was polite and professional, but the second one was just throwing the lettuce and vegetales at it with no decent procedure nor organization and on top of it he didnt even admit he's not doing it right and he doesn't want to provide his name, which is fine with me, I just wanted to share an expierience with him to make him love his job, because people who don't love what they do they transmit bad attitude like a chain reaction.
