Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Arizona

I got the spicy chicken sandwich... Jack has always been hot and fresh out of the fryer, like burn you piping hot. Not this time or the last or even the last location I went to. Sucks to pay $9 get only the sandwich and it not be anything I thought it would be. The poppers taste like dirt is the main ingredient. The Muncie box just last yr was 6.99.... why is it 11$ now and the cool creative sandwiches are not there. Are Regular French fries are not an option because the whole meal would be cheaper buying individually?? A friend got onion rings... 1.. 2... 3... Onion rings. So, 2 tacos, 3 onion rings, and a menu sandwich with a drink is like $12..... That is not cool. Inflation didn't hit that hard. Jack is greedy and looks to be struggling to keep the doors open. Over charging, and serving old food. Then the employees skimp the food??? I'll pass. This was my favorite...

The best part of my visit (drive thru window) was the Great & Friendly customer service!! Ordered a 'Jr. Burger Combo' (small size). I had not eaten at a Jack In The Box in over a year, so I was actually craving some fries and burger. Once I got my order, I pulled over nearby to enjoy a 'hot' meal. The fries were not filled completely (so disappointing), AND although the burger was actually fresh, when I took the first, anxious bite... I could BARELY TASTE THE BURGER. They had either put VERY LITTLE SALT, or NONE at all. AND the flavor of the burger bun was NOT TASTY. It was almost wierd tasting. I gave a 3-star rating because the FRIENDLY SERVICE WAS 'VERY GOOD'!! The Last time I ate at (another) Jack In The Box, my meal was also Less than memorable??! Went in there a few days ago and saw were they offered a $10 meal deal which I ordered. When she rang it up it came to almost $11. I said are you telling me that it's over a 9% tax rate here. I told her I happen to know that the tax rate was 6.1% and it was real easy to figure out she was overcharging me with the price being $10. It's easy to determine it should have been $10.61. It was a matter of principle but she held her ground. I told her I don't care about $0.30, but the tax rate here is not 9.9%. She told me she'll take care of me next time. I just shook my head and ask for my receipt. I saw what she changed me $10.30 before tax. I said why are you charging me $10.30 when it clearly says $10 right here.
