Nice enough guys. Got my first firearm here and they were pretty helpful with my questions.
My only gripe is I bought some ammo which was “$50 for a bag of 100 rounds.” Not knowing anything at the time I went with it, only to realize after the purchase that they were reloads (I.e. recycled from the range and repacked). $50 for a mixed bag of random ammo is a lot. I think it’s around $40 for a NEW box of manufactured 9mm ammo online. Further, reloaded ammo can be unpredictable because you don’t know who reloaded it or how well they did it. It can literally cause your gun to explode in your face, so I’m having a hard time trusting it as someone brand new to firearms. Manufactured ammo can do so as well, but it’s less likely. There’s also a big red warning in every gun manual that states using reloaded ammo automatically voids warranties. So I basically bought a new gun and ammo that voids the warranty within the same hour lol. I’m saving it as “last resort” ammo since there’s no refunds on ammunition. As far as condition, some of the bullets are dented as well. I don’t need them all to be perfect, just at $50 for 100 rounds, it feels kind of shady to get a ziplock bag of mysterious, imperfect rounds, with a whole host of random brands engraved on them. 🤣 I couldn’t help but feel a bit taken advantage of, though I highly doubt that was the intention.
Other than that these guys are cool. Knowledgeable about gun laws, range rules, and other things you might have...
Read moreemployees were nice except the short Indian guy. He tried rushing me out but I think it was cause another guy was behind me and I politely kept asking the short Indian guy questions cause it was my first time buying a gun but he kept raising his voice very rudely back at me so I raised my voice back then he started to lower his voice. No respect. Smh. He clearly shouldn’t be working with customers and the fact the the owner doesn’t reply to this comment with an apology just says a lot about who’s in charge lol awful. He smelled like armpits too. Smh. Try else where for better service…………………..response to your reply finally !!……sorry I meant to say I raised my voice back at him and not yelling at him…..I got confused a bit between raising my voice and yelling, but as a professional manager, your main concern is you’re more worried about me misusing the word “yelling? “ and him rudely raising his voice at me first because I’m asking questions doesn’t bother you one bit ? Smh…wow…me saying he smelled like armpits and curry is my response to him rudely raising his voice first so I’m in the right cause he started it. I’m not even upset anymore, I just leave HONEST reviews and you telling me don’t come back is redundant anyway. I’m over it....
Read moreBad customer service and not reputable; still waiting on my refund.
Reason for the review: I took a piece in to have a kit conversion done. They examined everything and payment was taken. After leaving, I received a call saying that they could no longer help me because they found weed in the carry bag. Panicked and trying to figure out how a bag of weed go in my bag I rushed back. When I asked to see the weed, I was presented with two small sticks about the length of a nickel, covered in lint. It was not weed. Mind you, this bag had been open on their in-store counter for at least 20 minutes and there was no smell or anything.
I have OCD, so I took the sticks to a dispensary that confirmed my suspicion. I was turned away for two dirty sticks from a camping trip. Oh, and I am still waiting on my supposed refund. If you want plant experts with your smithing then maybe this is the place for...
