Boba Bliss — Restaurant in Castro Valley

Front desk needed to improve their customer services. When we walked in the store. The front desk asked us to order the drink but we still in thinking about what we gonna drink. They keep asking and want to let you get it quickly. We are thinking about it so we waited on the automated order machine. But the front desk girl keep pushing us to order it with her when we still thinking what we wanna get at that moment. She tried to push us again and we finally agreed to order with her. When we ordered, she spoke low volume and hard to hear her words. She didn’t ask sugar levels and ice levels(in every boba store, the front desk will ask about it?) that’s the base thing but she’s not. After done the order in 1 min, we realized we want less ice and she didn’t mention about the basic stuff when she ordered for us. We are the first time to been in this store. Then we asked her to less ice since she didn’t mention sugar level and ice level to us but she said already made it. We are not satisfied with the drink either. The drink not sweet enough. If you prefer the boba with sweeter, this is not the store...

The drinks are great, I used to go to the Dublin one quite often. Minus one star because the boba girly who helped me out (was very nice and friendly, don't get me wrong!) interrupted her coworker who was already answering my question, to be the one to answer my question. When she gave me the drink she told me that I have to shake it, before I even touched it or grabbed the straw, as if I've never had milk tea! I was probably going to Quicklys when she was in the womb. Nevertheless, delicious, just the right amount of sweet, fresh, and creamy. My brother finished his drink and ate all the ice before we even made it back...

Anthony Do, my glorious beautiful D1 king. Is so good at making boba I can just ahhhhhh feel it in my body. It gives me shivers just thinking about the immaculate creation of the boba cup he gave me. I would go back everyday but had to go to rehab because of how addicted I became to boba. It was not just the boba but it was the creator, Anthony "Mr. Do It All" Do.
