I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored by the staff. Not a single greeting, not even a simple "Hello" or "How can I help you?" It was like I wasn't even there. When I finally had the courage to mention this lack of courtesy when I was checking out at the store, the worker's attitude became even worse. She became visibly angry and defensive and asked if I even read the question I almost as if my feedback was a personal attack. Instead of apologizing or offering any sort of professional response, she just brushed me off in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated so poorly when all you're doing is trying to give constructive feedback. Traveled to this store to see what options they have and was discriminated against . An employee whispered to her manager and then started to take our items out of our cart without asking if we found everything okay. She didn’t even ask what we were keeping or not. Instead she reached in our cart while we are trying to do self check out and says this store they ring them items up for you. But a white woman came behind us and she did not do the same with her. I retuned my items, due to discrimination. The manager Rachel was aware as well, but instead of apologizing she grinned while returning our items. Also , it was very disgusting as my daughter was present as well. Five Below you allow discrimination to your loyal customers from your managers...
