It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review, I just moved to Missouri city and wanted to find a reasonable smoke shop, I went in toward closing and I spoke to I believe the owner if I am not mistaken. I purchased two Escobars from him and we had a lengthy conversation about defected vapes. he then told me if I have a problem with mine next few days to return. I returned today for him to tell his worker via phone he never said anything like that to me! The employee that was currently working tried my vape and almost choked his lugs out. He not only believed my story he wanted to exchange but could not. I am furious!!! Money does not grow on trees and I feel played! I am not a liar and expect the same in return! I will never purchase anything from this store and I recommend to all that you go to a different vape shop that will respect you!

UPDATE!!!!! We can run the cameras back any time you would like. I know for a fact the guy said maybe a day or two but not a week while laughing. Everyone knows it may take a few hours for the full effect of the vape your store was then closed. I haven’t had this vape for 24 hours !! I have dealt with many vape stores that gives you 24 hours because they know it may take some time. I started shopping here a little over a year ago and I have to say that this shop is by far the best shop that I've been to in Houston. These guys deserve 10 stars for customer service and if you're a regular, they will usually work with you to try and make sure that you walk away happy if you're on a budget. The owner and employees are all very courteous,  approachable, helpful and very friendly. They are also well versed in the products that they are selling.

I refuse to frequent any other establishment of this kind simply because these guys all go above and beyond to make sure that you walk away happy. 5 Star name, 10 star service, appearance, staff knowledge and prices. You won't be disappointed if you go. Best shop of it's kind in the greater Houston area, you won't be disappointed.

Thievery at its finest. But don't take my word for it. Go in and find out for yourself. Edit 9.9.16 - - These other reviews must be written by staff. Yesterday, the $15.00 Kanger tank that they charge $20 for had a coil go out so I had the $10 pack of coils that they charge $15 for brought 13 miles to me, at which point I discovered they sold me the wrong coils - too long and won't screw in. After driving back there for the correct coils, I was given a pack of the correct $10 coils ($8 elsewhere) and a $5 credit for the price difference. I used this toward an $8 bottle of juice and the tall, bearded clerk who sold me the wrong coils said they can only put a minimum of $5 on a card. I suggested he comp me the additional $3 difference for all the wasted running around to correct THEIR mistake, to which he said, "Oh, you're gonna go there", and then he charged me anyway. Prick. Such fair customer service - I'm so happy to be shopping...
