Fiesta Mexicana Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Stafford

I came to try this restaurant after my sister highly recommended it, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The customer service was top-notch, everyone was friendly, checked in on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Now let’s talk about the food… Absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We tried the fajita parrilladas, nachos, enchiladas, flautas, horchatas, and chile rellenos - and every single dish was delicious! The portions were generous and full of flavor! P.S- If you like a spice, the habanero sauce is a must try! It’s a sauce you should definitely try! Their drinks were also great! From the horchatas/agua frescas to the alcoholic beverages, everything tasted not only refreshing, but well-made, and paired perfectly with the food. (Try the mango margaritas!) Walked and not a single employee in sight after waiting for a few minutes found a table and sat our selfs after a few minutes a waitress greeted us as she was walking by and said she would be with us shortly. Ordered our food 3 taco platex2, nacho appetizer, beef torta, fluta plate, hamburger plate, waited almost an hour to get it, when it came out it was cool not even warm and the burger was not made correctly it had lettuce and tomato when we mentioned it to the server she said she would have them remake it after 5 min she brought it back and clearly the lettuce and tomato was scraped off as there where still peieces of lettuce in the burger after a bite was taken of the burger the patty was raw (red in the middle) plates were between 10-16 each. Had to ask for our drinks from a different waitress as it was forgotten.Definitely not worth the price no fountain drinks just cans at best this is ALMOST gas station food. Priced as "restaurant quality" with out the quality. With a 18% gratuity for poor service that came on the bill is ridiculous. Hi all I have been to fillfila resturent several times. It is a good place to hang out, very good food and atmosphere.Despite it is a mediterinean resturent it comes with a various other menus too.Chicken barg kabob and beef roast is my favourate. The service isreally good and the online orders are in time. The bar is another feature that attracts me more. The staff are friendly and very polite.
