I don't know what has happened to place growing up I would come here get a game or be excited for a new console but recently that has completely changed nowadays your are lucky to get a hello this place customers extremely horrible have the time when I call I and ask a question I get I don't know. Then when trying pre order the new switch 2 that recently came out when I did the pre order when they first started I was made a joke in front of other customers for not buying the extended warranty the store manager made me feel like joke in front of the other customers then when going to pick up my pre order I got penalized for doing my pre order when they started and had to wait in a huge line while others that did their pre orders later just got to walk in a get theirs while I had to wait then when picking up my pre order I was then made a joke again and as the store manager stated " ok see you in a month buddy" while laughing at me to summarize if you don't mind being treated like your not there and acting like they are doing the world a service when they do the bare minimum of their job and if you don't buy every extra thing that you don't really need like all their extended warranties and extra accessories they get all pissy with you I plan to go to another GameStop in the future even if I do so which is highly unlikely to go to one out of my way and not visit this one anymore You're into customer service the whole job is customer service and you guys can't even do that...

When I went to pick it up they said someone in their store cancelled the order. They brought out the switch, but said I could not take. I asked for a manager. I have spent 20 years managing and this was the poorest excuse of a manager I have ever seen. I didn’t get his name but picture below. He approached me very aggressively attempting to intimidate me. He said order was cancelled and money would be refunded in 7 business days, and that I could buy it again but they could not give me the product that they already collected money for. I said I would not pay for the same item twice. He then said well if you can’t afford it then you will need to wait 7 days to come back and get it. Unbelievable!! Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible, and I say that because of the young lady behind the counter on 8/30/2025.. She always has a horrible attitude and her customer service skills do not exist. i’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this location and I will 100% never go there again. i’ve also witnessed her let other customers use her employee discount to get items cheaper and then when you go in the line to get something, your bill is $20 more for the same exact items. I’ve also observed her letting people in the store before they open to get Pokémon cards before the general public. she doesn’t greet people as they walk in the store and God forbid you ask her a question she treats you with nothing but disrespect and acts like you’re an idiot because you don’t know something. It is so sad that GameStop has this kind of person as the face of their business.
