Absolute worst Peruvian restaurant. Went inside and got one order of fried fish to go. Made it to the car when I realized they gave me the wrong order. They gave me an order of fried calamari which I do not eat. I brought it back inside and both the girl working the register and the lady cooking wanted me to keep it and pay for a new order of fried fish! This is after lying and saying they had ran out of fish. Tried to tell me that the cooked calamari would be a “lost product” and a loss to their business. When I stated I did not eat calamari so I would just like my money back, she said she would make me the fried fish. She then made me what seemed like half of a normal size order which was dry, horrible and extremely fishy despite looking appetizing. How can you blame me when you obviously made the error? The customer service and food here are equally horrible. All these reviews must be from friends and family as the place was empty at dinner time. Do yourself a favor and support other local Peruvian restaurants that take pride in their food and service. This place is new but with that service they...
Read moreThe Peruvian restaurant you're describing offers a delightful exploration of traditional flavors. The pollo a la brasa is a standout dish, featuring marinated grilled chicken that is perfectly cooked to have a smoky, tender bite. Served alongside crispy papas fritas, it's a hearty and satisfying meal that captures the essence of Peruvian comfort food.
The ceviche is another highlight, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The fish is marinated to perfection in zesty lime juice, accompanied by fresh onions and served with papa rellena—a savory potato stuffed with flavorful filling. This combination not only showcases the harmonious blend of flavors but also highlights the vibrant culinary culture of Peru.
With its fantastic flavors and fresh ingredients, this restaurant is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Peruvian cuisine. Whether you're new to these dishes or a fan of traditional Peruvian fare, it’s sure to be a...
Read moreThe service is friendly but they are not aware of the tables. Waiting almost 20 minutes after my food to get the drinks. Getting served with no utensils. Not having plates to serve the table when ordering a pollo brazas meal with three people. These are things I shouldn’t have to ask about. And in terms of the food tasting Rico like real Peruvian food, I don’t think so, it lacks the punch of flavor that one gets from real Peruvian food. I don’t know if they are not using enough spices or what. The ceviche is rubbery and they don’t use enough salt, lime, or cilantro. You can tell they use lower quality fish. I ordered a lemon Fresca and asked if it was all natural before hand, they said yes. It tasted like tap water with a squirt of artificial lemon juice. The one thing they do have going for them is the pollo a braza. But the wait times can be to much. I’ve already spent over $300 here but I don’t see...
