The guy who serviced me was very nice. However the guy that service my friend would not accommodate a online price match. He claimed that the sell price on the website had changed and said that it was because the sales roll over on Sunday and did not check the price in the system. Unfortunately for him I had already purchased the same item at 3 AM this morning. So that excuse about Sunday is invalid. I wanted to ask for a manager but after seeing that he was the manager on hand I decided to use my phone to look up the item and purchase the same item again at the same discounted price. I like the people and they are always nice but they need to answer the damn phone! I have to call 15 times before anyone answers and sometimes I just have to wait until I am able to go in the store just to ask a simple question! Just drove an hour from Mckee to pick up a game London GS didn't have in stock.
