Final review Final update 2/2022 Reached out to Taco Bell customer service and the management at this location about our missing items (15+) and the severe food poisoning. They sent a gift certificate that we received in late January 2022 that EXPIRED 12/31/2021 for two free items. A joke! Would give this location 0 stars if possible. Definitely do not recommend. If you don't mind traveling, go to the south Corbin location instead.

Second review Update 11/2021 Changed from 3 star to 1 star. The north Corbin location has gone downhill since the new building opened up. In the last three visits we ended up without several tacos, burritos and chalupas. Along with that, the other part of our order wasn't made correctly and cold. Ordered from here on the weekend of 11/12/21 and ended up with severe food poisoning. Definitely do not recommend this location.

First review Do not go to the north Corbin location during night shift hours (from personal experience after 4pm) because they will either make your food wrong (don't care about customization) or short you a few items. We've lost out on about 7-10 items since this new location opened from the night shift crew (a record of 4 missing items once). We will only try two drive thru attempts- most ending in an incorrect order still. Day shift is amazing. They have great customer service and they always make our food to order with our complete order correct on first go through the drive thru. Recommend this place before...
Read moreStop in this afternoon, for a bite to eat with my husband, and I never thought I see Taco Bell like I did today, I love taco Bell but today they went beyond RUDENESS!! For one are order was all wrong , sloppy and was put together like it was thrown and tossed around , Second. I went to let them know that my order was wrong and being polite, has I was standing there waiting there was Man and women standing in line . They asked for two of the cups that had come with the meal I know 20 times or so no one even paid attention, so I reached over and did give them two cups and that's when they noticed and the rudest nastiest Girl came up and took the cups away from the counter, as she looked right at the people asking for help and them saying excuse me excuse me she kept walking and she heard them I spoke up and told the older guy I. The back that those two needed waited on and then have been there for awhile and that it was unprofessional and rude. I mean if I had employees to act like that they would be fired or unrestriction It's unacceptable and it's just not right they Yes I get it they're a bad days blah blah blah but you're never rude to a customer like that It was so rude I will never be back to that Taco Bell ever again. They need to brush up on work ethic kindness and respect also how Todo do there job. The girl shouldn't ever be allowed to serve or even be a employee as of right now so...
Read morePast two times I’ve went to this restaurant, I’ve had subpar service. First time, I was a door dasher and the drive through was completely empty, so I went through the drive through. The cashier hands me the drink, but won’t hand me the food because the manager is yelling that we have to come into the restaurant for door dash. I ask her if I can get it this time and come inside for future door dashes, but Dean the manager is crying saying no. I come inside, and Dean is yelling at his coworker, “How long have you worked here that you don’t know door dash has to come inside?” For a restaurant that closes their lobby early every day, this is the first time I’ve had to go inside. Second time I go to Taco Bell as a customer, and the cashier has 0 customer service skills while taking our order. We pull up to the window and she yells, “Sauce?!” Politely, yes, fire please. Then, “Drinks?!” Yes, we just ordered two drinks and a freeze. As someone who has worked in the food industry, the order receipt is displayed in the drive through window, just look at the screen. I guess you get what you paid for, and for cheap food comes...
