Huddle House — Restaurant in Kentucky

I’m not a local here and I had Called to ask a few questions and the employees were very unfriendly, the woman had hung up on me after I asked if they knew if McDonald’s is open I had been driving from Wv to Ky so I don’t know much in the area so I googled a few places after the woman hung up I called back and another guy answered then they started talking gibberish in a Spanish accent and mocking around making a fool out of them self and when I asked to talk to the manger he said it was him and hung up then when I called back a third time the actual manger of the store answered and said what do you expect me to do to them for being rude you want me to write them up or. Like what the hell is that you want done here as he raises his voice to me I understand that they have prank calls come in but that is no excuse to treat and assume every caller/ possible customer is a prank call I’m very dissatisfied with the foolish racism / racial and ethnic mockery shown by those who are supposed to be professional and profanity used by management towards me for trying to make a complaint. He was very rude and very belittling and I heard the other employees in the background laughing at me as he’s going off and talking smack to me over the phone then he invites me down to the huddle house after they are laughing at me and showed their butts. For a first time I’m definitely gonna have to say stay away from here a million thumbs down. This has got to be one of the most hostile fast food joints/ diners their are. Very unfriendly will not be bring my little daughter here. I think. One of the employees said that their name. Was Dylan. Or Bobby. The waitress who actually waited on us was good, personable, and did a good job. The food was good for diner style food, accurate and quick. We realized as we were getting ready to leave that there was one extra item we ordered that we didn’t get. But our waitress had not brought our check yet and we were told by the girl at the counter that we were actually HER table and the other waitress was just helping her out. So I am quite certain that she claimed the tip (stole it from the waitress who actually waited on us). We asked her to make sure we weren’t charged for the item that we didn’t receive and she assured us we weren’t charged for it. But we were talking and I wasn’t paying attention, and I didn’t realize until we left that she never gave me a receipt. And when I got to thinking about it, and I added up the amounts we should have been charged, I realized that even adding in the price of the item we never received, she overcharged us by at least $10 (after tax) - and there were only 2 of us, so that’s a lot! (Plus as I said, I am certain she took that tip for herself, though she never even walked by our table the entire time we were there.) Unfortunately, as I said, I didn’t get a receipt and didn’t think to look at her name tag. But BEWARE of unscrupulous waitresses - both if you dine there, and if you are thinking of working there. Well over all it was messy, and the waitresses were very unsanitary. Eating off of the work areas, leaving multiple doors open. I didn't see any of them wash their hands after running the register or clearing dirty dishes, but they went right back into the OPEN ice box with cups! The sliding door covering the ice was never closed, leaving the ice exposed the Whole time we were there. The cooler door, where the creamer and things were kept was never closed all the way. (Per our server) We waited forever to place our order and she wrote it on her hand!? Our server was loud and all over the place, except our table! My fork was nasty, it had dried egg on it. We were never even offered a re-fill, and we had to flag down another server to get one! At that point it got her attention and we requested our bill. The cook's at this one are the glue that holds it together. They wore gloves and stayed on point at lesst! Our food order was cooked correctly and pretty fast. I hate writing a bad review, BUT this was just an awful experience due to waitresses sanitary habits, they contaminate everything. Late night...
