If it wasn't close to home, and didn't have ice cream cones, I would be fine with never coming back here. The latest fiasco, entered into the store to get a cone for my granddaughter. There were already 2 young ladies waiting in line, there was not a SINGLE PERSON VISIBLE in the front line, back line, or the ice cream area/ drive thru. My granddaughter and I waited 4 or 5 minutes before someone finally appeared from the back line area, not sure how long the 2 young ladies were waiting before I arrived.
Not impressed, I know at this time employees are in short supply. This is about the service and an incident that I seen while I was there. One of the Kitchen staff walked through the dining area. He was going outside to smoke, he was wearing gloves. Went outside smoked, walked back inside gloves still on his hands. Went back into the Kitchen. At that point I lost sight of him. Not what I need to see when I am eating there.
If it wasn't for my granddaughter wanting ice cream, I wouldn't be coming here. Sunday after church crowd, 1 person running the register taking orders, 1 person running orders, Kitchen staff and staff running ice cream and drive thru. The line backed up to the doors and several people left because of the slow to almost non existence service.

7:30pm Drive through line was too long⦠Store signage said āSkip the Line; Order aheadā, so I downloaded the app and placed my order at 7:39pm. Confirmation said order will be ready by 7:54pm and to follow signs at store. Lobby was closed, but there were two parking spaces for mobile orders. We waited there until 7:58pm, then called the ph# at bottom of confirmation. Girl who answered said āwe have to come through the Drive-Thru to pick up our orderā!?. Why didnāt they change their signs? Why didnāt they call me to let me know that!? We went back into the drive-thru line and they said they were out of Reeseās Cups for my Blizzard!?. I ordered Snickers instead, but they ended up putting something else in the Blizzard!?. It wasnāt even edible. We finally got our order at 8:08pm. Almost 45 minutes to get Ice Cream from DQ⦠Unreal! I understand being short staffed and all, but there was a young man out front (in uniform) on his phone, girl who answered the phone and a different young man who handed us our incorrect order⦠Plus more employees. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here for breakfast..the woman who waited on me was very nice..but there cook most times it's the taller man or the shorter man today it was the shorter guy he had a attitude prob this morning sun aug 24...he was complaining about somebody at drivein window...then somebody orderd a breakfast tray and asked for a extral tray he said somthing under his breath on that..he gave the extra tray and tossed the food tray up on counter had a realy soured look on his face..personally I wish I'd just walked off..don't like snobby people makeing my food cause if they act that way they prob don't give a hoot about your food and that showed true this time...the biscuits where not fresh they where cold..gravy was lukewarm the eggs..don't know what he did to those but it was like fragments of egg..hard to eat eggs like that...the hashbrown was lukewarm sausage was too...only thing that was right was the orange juice...being soured and snobby and serving food like that has no place at place of business...leave your soured altitude at home we the customers ain't...
