Good Spa — Attraction in Winter Park

I had a long week I was feeling a lot of tension and pressure and just needed a massage and found this place online called and was told to go there and when I got there I was met with rudeness no smile or even saying hello on top of that I forget my entire wallet at home so I was going to use my Apple Pay and the lady was like the price of the massage for 1hr is 80 How much would you like to add as tip I said 10 and she was like no it has to be 20 so I will charge you $100 and I was truly shocked I Have never seen something like this before I haven’t even had the service how will know what to tip or why am being forced ? I know for fact it had everything to do with my head scarf I can see her change as soon as walked in! I don’t like drama so i left and told will Be back I knew I will never this is different level of ignorance! seeing the place empty should have given a sign but I was like give them a chance and I guess people pay for reviews these days even if...

Arriving: Originally started out good until the cashier only rang up one massage when we walked in inquiring about a couples massage and we were told that’s what we paid for and then a few minutes later we were told we only paid for one so went back to the counter and paid again and was told because it was a debit, like the first payment, we would be charged a $2 fee.

Massage: It was relaxing but could have been better. Hot stones were a bit too hot and more pressure should have been applied.

Departing: We were asked how was the massage and we responded “it was good”. We were then given water and as we were walking out the door, we were asked about a tip... Never have I ever had a massage and was hounded for a tip.

Unfortunately, that was the cherry on top and we will not be back. I hope it is understood that if the service deserves a tip, let me tip you myself, don’t stop me at the door and ask for a tip....

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a massage for my birthday. He scheduled the time for noon. I show up at 12pm as scheduled and the receptionist tells me they are with other clients, come back at 12:30pm. Must have been a miscommunication between my boyfriend and the receptionist, no biggie.
