In over 20 years of driving and being responsible for having my own insurance I have never had a single phone call from my local insurance rep to check in and see how everything was going. It has been a rough year personally after going through a divorce which has required a couple of mailing address changes and each time, Joe Bauer's office has called to make sure everything was ok and up to date.

This afternoon was no exception, Ms. Kylie called me to verify my address and information as well as go over my upcoming renewal info. She was amazing at her professionalism and joyful manner. There is something to be said about our inability to connect as humans any more with the advancement of technology. However, I told Ms. Kylie that I would be willing to pay more in premiums with State Farm ( not that I am hoping they do) just to have that interaction with my local agent. Made me feel confident that someone is actually taking the time to look out for me.

Joe Bauer's team has raised the bar in terms of customer service and a huge amount of respect needs to be given to that in a world where we see so little of just the basic customer service anymore. Thank you Kylie and...

I am currently having an issue with my complex regarding my renter's insurance. I have never been in this office, have never met anyone there. Somehow my offices got switched without me knowing, no big deal. I'm still covered and that's all that matters. I called a few days ago requesting a declaration page, the woman that helped me ( I can't remember her name) was very polite and told me she would email it right over to me, which she did. I thought I had everything I needed on my end. Turns out I didn't. So, I called the agency again today. (State Farm) Joe Bauer's office, I was helped by Sofia. She listened intently to my current situation and was eager to help me get the correct information in order to make the changes that are needed. She has been great! I am grateful for her professionalism and great customer service. The issue hasn't been resolved yet, but it is not without the efforts of Sofia. They are always calling you asking for photos of you car and when you want to cancel they want your declaration page of your new insurance company to compare to there's even knowing if you have a declaration page you are already with at different company I have never had a insurance company that wanted so much from me that's why I left and when I got the insurance they said your insurance would be cheaper if a had a life insurance policy i had them for a few months but they were way to Expensive. so i took the deal after a few days of trying to cancel my insurance without providing the declaration page of my new company they agreed but said my life insurance is still going to be active even though I bought everything as a package with my car insurance I don't approve of them and I was referred by a friend never again will state farm have my business the only way to stop them is to cancel your card and my agent was...
