I just left this nail salon And am so disappointed, upset and in pain! My fingers hurt so bad from the guy(Tom or tim)who did my nails. He used the electric file and took all of my cuticles and skin off my nail bed area. To the point where it's all red and almost bleeding. While filing underneath my nails he went so fast that he sliced my skin open and now I've got a gash in my finger.and didn't apologize either!I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 and never been or had this much pain. It's supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable but the whole time I hated it! I will not be going back to this salon which is so disappointing as I've been going to A plus Nails since I was 14! Plus paying $70 for the worst experience at any salon is NOT WORTH IT! I definitely miss LISA being here she was so gentle and amazing. Your salon should get some different men that are gentle and k ow how yo be gentle and listen to their clients.

I came here for a pedicure my first time and the guy did an excellent job. So I figured why not come back to get a full set. I do not know the name of the lady who did my nails she has bangs. But I had to come back today to ask her to fix them because as you can see from the pics (this is her way of cleaning it up) I have like glue on skin and then my thumb nail was wider than the other. And my ring finger was just completely messed up. My nails are differently shaped and looked like I could’ve done them myself. Worst thing about it is when I’m showing and explaining what I see wrong with my nails it was like I was being cut off. I’ll never come back to do my nails nor my feet now I dont want to have to go to 2 different places to do both. I just said I was happy because it seems like they don’t really care !

Poor service. My friend and I walked in and they only had one client, it was about 3:00ish on a Friday. The only male worker there did my manicure and pedicure. He barely spoke time the whole time and was very rough with both my hands and my feet! He basically threw my hands back at me when he was done with each nail. Terrible bedside manner. The worst part was the pedicure, he was so rough with pushing my cuticles back that it was painful. I was very polite and asked to please be more gentle but he didn’t respond to me and just kept going. He was extremely rough with my toes and caused my skin to rip/caused a cut under my right pinky toe. (Picture included) To top it all off he snickered at my friend when she told him how much of a tip she was leaving and seemed very rude and condescending.

Poor service. My friend and I walked in and they only had one client, it was about 3:00ish on a Friday. The only male worker there did my manicure and pedicure. He barely spoke time the whole time and was very rough with both my hands and my feet! He basically threw my hands back at me when he was done with each nail. Terrible bedside manner. The worst part was the pedicure, he was so rough with pushing my cuticles back that it was painful. I was very polite and asked to please be more gentle but he didn’t respond to me and just kept going. He was extremely rough with my toes and caused my skin to rip/caused a cut under my right pinky toe. (Picture included) To top it all off he snickered at my friend when she told him how much of a tip she was leaving and seemed very rude and condescending.
