I wish I could rate this location a negative 5. Haven't been to this store in 2 years and decided to stop in today on my way home from an outing. I spent at least 20 mins window shopping, looking at different items. After making a selection, I notice a very strange looking sales associate who looks no older than 18 years old, short, twisted tooth in the front of their mouth, light skinned feminine male, visibly acting as if there is a problem. I asked the worker if they will be able to help me check out, they respond with a weird "yes". I proceed to the check out area at the front of the store, completely ignoring what ever issue the worker had. Once there, the teenage worker asked me "where is the item that you were looking at, where did you put it?"....... I am immediately confused and not sure what the teenager is asking of me. I Let the teenager know that whatever items I was previously viewing, they are where I left them. Where they are supposed to be....Nothing was out of place, mind you. Are people not allowed to actually look through the products before they buy it at this location?? Still not understanding why I am being questioned, and the teenage worker continues to cowardly talk in circles insinuating I'm a thief, I just ask straight out "do you think I stole something?.., go ahead and look in my purse"..... the teenager continues to ask me where was the "item" that I had in my hands previously.... Like if it's not possible to pick up an item you may want and putting it back once you found something else that fits what you are looking for..... this teenager took their job way too seriously, making probably 15 an hour, harassing paying customers....a joke. The teenager then starts ringing up my item while still questioning about a mystery item I previously "had". At this point,I refused to follow through with any transaction after being accused of stealing and told the teenager to just put back the item I was going to buy. I was wearing a designer bag, Prada sunglasses, and a $500 watch on......... and was accused out of nowhere that I possibly stole something, with no actual proof and searched my bag. No apology was given after being harassed. The list goes on, the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I told the teenager I will not spend a dime after being accused of stealing. Why not check the cameras??? Why accuse someone of stealing if you aren't even sure?? Why approach someone in such an unprofessional manner?? It was clear that this was this workers first job. ZERO customer experience. The area where this store is located is more rough than what I remember it to be, so apparently they are just hiring any kind of teenagers at this location. Read moreSave your time and money and go elsewhere. I went in and bought a couple's toy, after I got home and tried to charge it, I discovered it doesn't work. I should've known since the package wasn't perfectly sealed, but I thought maybe someone just opened it to look at it. Two days later I had the time to go back and return it and buy a different one with a price tag 3x. Even though I came back to buy a 200$ toy they would not accept the 70$ one that was defective in return. All this after I was told I have to wait a couple of minutes for a manager to come. I waited without complaining for about 15 min, after that I was told that the manager on duty is caught up in an interview and I would have to wait another 45 min, so I leave not very happy. After I get home I decide to call and speak to this manager. I explain the situation and they tell me that the sales are final and I have to contact the manufacturer. If anyone in management ever reads this " I came and left my hard earned money in your store, not that manufacturers store". If they are defective, YOU should deal with the manufacturer, not me. You have to submit a request, ship the product, get another in return. I don't need another one cause I bought another one from you. It was my first and last time shopping in this...
