Pass! When I first walked in, I was impressed by how clean it was, but there customer service kills that completely. The woman from the front desk asked me to leave a review (here it is) and gave me a coupon for BOGO (should've left it on the table).
The only thing notable and positive about this place is: They allow re-entry Clean Everything is on one side of the room (except babies, that's disconnected completely)
The place was EMPTY. We were there from the time they opened till almost 4 pm and it was empty the majority of the time. At one point it started pouring rain and we ate our food that we'd brought in lunch boxes. One of the guys from behind the corner told us that even though our food looked good, he couldn't let us eat it, pointed to the windows and told us we could eat on the grass if we wanted to. We thought it was ridiculous. I had to run to the bathroom, which meant running to the front, grabbing my shoes from the bin they gave me walking to the bathroom in my socks and then putting my shoes on right before I walked in again. I stepped out and got to the counter to see what food and merchandise they sell, and the man from before yelled at me to take my shoes off... Said they're only allowed in the green zone. Then respectfully, the shoe cubbies should be closer to the bathroom, they're being ridiculous. I forgot to mention, I'm sitting at the table while it's pouring outside and all of a sudden it feels like it's raining on me. Turns out the AC is broken and leaking. It was disgusting, right by the main play area. There's no way mold doesn't form if it hasn't already. As we're leaving, I notice the fake grass and ask the gentleman... Did you ask us to eat our lunch on this grass or the grass outside and he said that grass, the grass as soon as you walk in. However, there are no chairs and barely any seats. It was nice to visit once, but I...
Read moreMy daughter is 3 and this was our first time there as I know it's new.
I was in the gym for 10 min!
First walked in a the place was gorgeous, clean and dead!! And now I know why. First no grippy socks allowed. Why? I didn't question just went in. Walk to the left and there is a baby area that says diapers. We aren't in diapers so we did play in ball pit for a few but we saw slide and we went. This place is all jungle gym. You need to climb up so much stuff to get to the slide it's a little ridiculous. My kid wanted to go. So we climbed and slipped. That's why you need GRIP socks! She did the pink slide. And it was the slide from hell! She didn't slide she flew. Was sitting and then flat instant hit her head on slide. It was scary to watch and thanks god my mom was at bottom to catch her. I tried to get down fast and wasn't going to go that route so I did white and purple slide and I TOOK AIR!!! I was HORRIFIED. I put my kid and me in unsafe environment. I immediately got us up and said I want my money back. I was barely in and I it's not safe for her. Maybe if she was 6 and up!! The girls at desk wouldn't do refund. They attempted to text a manager named Noah. Noah doesn't answer phone and won't let his employees call him. Only text. He wouldn't answer for 20 min! He's response I signed a waiver no refund. I was like 🤬 I was really upset I just spend $27 in there for 10 min. I was told to go and email support. I emailed support and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME!! For your not to answer a support email is beyond me, so I'll Take to social media. Only nice thing they did was give my daughter ice. My butt was so bruised from your slide! I'm disgusted on how everything was handled at your facility And I will...
Read moreWe started off having wonderful visits here and loving it! After our most recent visit I feel very disrespected and ignored based on an issue I encountered here. I was approached by your manager telling us we could not eat our food we brought. I told her I have a food allergy. You do not provide allergy friendly foods to purchase. Then was told I could step outside and eat my food. It was over 90 degrees in FL heat and your manager wanted me to take our food right outside your front door to eat it with my two and three year old. This is was not only very unprofessional but you are discriminating against those with disabilities as those with food allergies are protected under the ADA and is considered a disability. This is discrimination based on something someone cannot control and unacceptable. I had asked for a direct contact to someone other than the manager (who is very young and did not seem trained in this area) and was told I can email a generic email on your website. After two weeks this issue was not addressed with any other management. I have not heard anything after sending my email. Those with food allergies who are not allowed to bring in their own allergy friendly food to eat have the right to report your business to the US Department of civil justice. I appreciate an apology and a change to this policy to those with...
