Lasenda Gaines the owner of this store was beyond unprofessional. I bought these pair of socks Monday. When I went to wear them I noticed a rip on the socks. I drove a far distance to support the store and the customer service I received was saddening. No return or exchange on an item they clearly sold to me defective. Her reasoning was that Monday to Saturday was too long and that I should have drove back the next day. Wow. I’ll never support this business again and neither should you. Also to add, when I initially went there, the employees were not attentive and I kept having the dressing room curtain opened on me while I was getting dressed.

Also, she has no return policy. ALL customers should be treated right, not just the ones you know! The quality of service and people here are a NO for me.

Response to owner: Yes, she did finally come to help me. After I walked out the dressing room half naked to get her. The thing about customer service is not going back and forth and just taking responsibility. You would’ve made so much more money from me verses now I will never shop here again. Also, as a Local Reviewer in Palm Beach County it’s not a great look for the store when you have MADRAG clothing store in walking distance. I work and go to school, I did not have the time to drive back to the store from down South within 2 days.

Since the very first day Amor Couture has opened , I have never shopped anywhere else! My entire closet is filled with the best quality clothing , heels , sandals & accessories! Anywhere I go , I look my BEST because of amor couture! Remi is the best employee very helpful and lasenda the owner is super friendly and has the best customer service ever! She gets new arrivals daily which keeps you in style and is open 7 days a week which is very Convenient if your a last minute shopper! If I could give her a 10 star rating I would do it over and over! Love this...

There are only two boutiques in palm beach I shop at and one is Amor Couture!! Whatever event you’re going to this store has the outfit for you and 9/10 in the perfect color or multiple colors! The owner Lasenda is very nice & professional plus she’s hands on. You can literally tell her what you’re looking for and she knows exactly what pieces to direct you to.
