We had an old beat up couch. It was an amazing couch. So amazing, that our friends/family were upset and didn't want us to get rid of it. They begged us to keep it. I'm truly sad. Getting rid of a beloved piece of furniture that's been in your home for over 10yrs is difficult.

So I will say this; I really did my research on companies in Vegas for furniture shopping. It's like going to buy a car, a lot of the time. It's uncomfortable, it's cringy, it's unbearable. But I came across this place online. I saw they had high end couches, and we wanted something amazing to replace the "unreplaceable". More specifically, we wanted to customize our sectional. We dedicated an entire day of going on a hunt. I told my husband that I wanted to start here because of what they had to offer verses the majority in town. When we walked in, Lisa was busy with another client but promptly greeted us. Shortly after, she came over and helped us, and showed us exactly what we were looking for. A U shaped sectional that reclines in the middle where we spend most nights chilling. She was so kind and helpful. It was very natural, and easy...truly. She was very upfront and honest, and I appreciate that above all else. We still felt we should shop around, so we did. But we both agreed that no one else in town had exactly what we wanted, and definitely didn't have better customer service. We had lots of questions. Lisa was so accommodating. We text each other throughout the week, and she was always very responsive. In this day and age, it's rare...so it's very much appreciated!

We placed an order for a customized Palliser that next weekend. After less than 6 weeks, our new couch came in. It's perfect. Very modern, unique and perfect for all of our friends and family to expect "the best sleep of their live" on.

Even the guys that delivered it today were very nice and helpful. This entire experience was top notch.

We just relocated from San Diego to Las Vegas and basically had no furniture for a 4 bedroom house since we decided to sell all our furniture before making our move. We found Ideal Furniture through Google. We weren't willing to go to any store with less than 5 stars and lots of reviews since we were looking for quality furniture and superb service as we were about to spend a small fortune on furnishing our new house.

We started off with a design consult in which Christina visited our home to look at the space and take measurements. We really wanted someone who knew about design since my wife and I are clueless about such things but knew we wanted a beautiful looking home. Over the next few days, Christina sent us recommendations over email based on our space and colors for all the different rooms we were looking to furnish. If we didn't particularly fancy something, she sent us additional recommendations.

Once we settled on what we were interested in, we went to work... price comparison shopping for all the different pieces we were looking to purchase. We ran the numbers and thought that there was no way that Ideal was going to be able to match the pricing.

We went in to Ideal, made some final selections and waited for Christina to come back with a total that we thought we were going to have to negotiate. In fact, we were fully prepared to negotiate much like you do when you buy a car.

Christina came back with the total... she beat the online pricing! We signed, paid and are now waiting for lots of beautiful furniture to get delivered.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but my experience with this business was outstanding from the minute I was greeted by Jerry when I entered the store until the moment the delivery staff left my home. As a family owned business they take great care of their customers and offer a wide variety of items to match any budget. I had planned originally to just replace an old dresser and nightstand but after seeing the great value and workmanship of the furniture in the showroom I purchased a complete bedroom set. The furniture arrived from the factory in about a week and then after that delivery was very easy to schedule. The delivery staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care not to track any dirt into the house and cleaned up completely when they were done. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and I am very pleased with my purchase which has been getting rave reviews from my friends.
