Big indoor seating area. Fast drive-thru. I ordered from the awesome app an iced mocha and a breakfast sandwich. The staff were all busy and very genuinely friendly. I could hear the staff member (Jackson) on the headphone working drive thru not because he was loud but because I was sitting nearby. He was speaking normal volume. What I want to point out is how incredibly friendly he consistently has been with every single person on the headphone and at the window. He was working at a fast pace because of the steady stream of cars and orders but he didn't sound rushed or bothered at all. Clone him. The rest of the staff were equally genuinely friendly, professional and busy. I ate in the store. Very clean. The music wasn't blaring loud and I was actually able to have a chat on my cell phone while inside. My sandwich was fresh, hot and tasty. The addition of some Sriracha spicy chili sauce was a nice kick to the sandwich. You have to ask for it. Worth a try. I'm now to the neighborhood. This could be my favorite Starbucks. Just a note for dog owners. They have a patio but no furniture. I bet they'd move a table and chair out there for you if you asked. It's not a negative, just a note...
Read moreWhen I originally went in this morning the cashier was absolutely pleasant...she struck up a conversation because we are interested in are....especially resin art. I tried to make sure there were no customers behind me...but having 2 neck surgeries and brain surgery I can't move my neck. In the course of our conversation a small line had formed but the cashier didn't mention this and nobody on the line spoke up either. When I got to the end of the line...the wrong size drink was waiting but the line staff looked upset ...so I apologized for holding up the register. The drive through gentleman just glared at me....and your line employee Mango said..." and you slowed down the line" in a nasty tone. The pleasant mood now ruined...your second line employee handed me my food and I left. I didn't eat or drink any of the food or drink items because I didn't trust them. The breakfast sandwich had hair in it...and my Macha Frappuccino had bits of whipped cream that they had scraped off because I had said no whip. Believe me....if I ever treated a guest where I worked like that.....I would have been escorted off property. SHAME....All it would have taken was communication...
Read moreThe drinks we received were great and came out quick. Usually I avoid this location because it's always packed, but today it wasn't too bad!
Unfortunately though, the service at this location was a 2/5. The cashier with short red hair was possibly having a bad day but just did not look like she wanted to be there at all, even when taking the order. I repeated my first drink order twice but it came out wrong (it was for a friend, so I wanted it to come as he requested).
I'm not one to complain direct to a manager, as we never know what someone is going through. But my partner quickly mentioned to (who looked like) a team lead that their cashier was a bit rude/unfriendly, only for them to basically eyeroll each other.
I'm very disappointed that this was the start of my morning :( But the drinks are good as always, regardless of the service and the store was...
