We bought the tickets over the phone, didn’t know about the cancellation policy before purchasing and didn’t fill out a waiver before purchasing. We get there and my son was too scared to go. It was when we took him down and try to buy tickets for the mountain coaster that we find out about the cancellation policy, and that they won’t give a refund if you’re too scared to do it. The coaster was pretty cool but make sure you give the person in front of you plenty of time to go through it cause if not the slow will ruin it. Vigilante was awesome. Much more geared to what I like to do. The tower was kind of intimidating but the ride felt so safe and there were multiple strap point in the harness which made it feel better. The zip line is something I would do again. People warned me about the stop, people as in just bystanders, but the stop at the end was not bad at all. Im about 260lbs and it wasn't hard or abrubt. Very smooth...
