Just EnCase Escape Games — Attraction in Fruit Cove

Sit down and grab a drink. This review is about to be a long one. Let me start by saying, the owners of this establishment are some of the funniest people I’ve ever met. They are down to earth, welcoming, inclusive, and make the entire experience pleasant, regardless if you escaped one of their rooms or not. Now let’s dig into the games. My wife and I have been to many escape rooms in the Jax area, and this business is the one that stood out. We’ve played all three rooms and have been both shocked and impressed EVERY time. Seriously, how do these people come up with this stuff?? We even asked them if they just sit up at night and think: “How can we make our customers hate us but come back for more?” That’s how much of a great impression they leave. My wife literally craves this place like a piece of chocolate cake at 2am. These rooms are all beautiful and just brilliantly designed, all in different ways. You can see the passion and commitment and love they poured into each room/game experience. The puzzles scratch your brain, in a good way! They are so accommodating. The owners and staff are also SO helpful. She practically walked into the room, took my hand, and guided me through the hard parts. We asked for basically every hint possible on one of the rooms. I’m sure they would have offered me a hug or a snack had I asked for it. They’re always up to speed with where we’re at throughout the gaming experience, so it’s never frustrating asking for a hint or a nudge. Our group played the Outpatient escape room, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The room design and puzzles were incredibly well thought out and immersive. Each challenge was engaging and kept us on our toes. We truly enjoyed every minute of our experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and exciting adventure!

Addition 12/30/2024: The experience was astonishing, as always, at Just EnCase Escape Games.

My fiancé and I played 86 Bedford Street and absolutely LOVED it! It quickly became one of my favorite escape rooms. Our Game Master, Zach, was wonderful—his enthusiasm and guidance truly elevated our experience.

The room itself was themed to perfection. From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported back to the roaring '20s. The incredible attention to detail made it feel like we were truly in Club Diamond, with the underground speakeasy vibe setting the scene flawlessly. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and seamlessly tied to the storyline, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully inclusive. The story kept us hooked from start to finish. Racing to uncover the secrets of the Marzoni Family and finding the elusive second exit was exhilarating. The twists and turns made every moment thrilling, and escaping felt like such an accomplishment.

Had a group of kids playing the Crumbly Heist for a birthday celebration. All 8 kids had a blast. Myself and one other mom joined in. The staff allowed the birthday boy to drive the pace of "clues" and "gentle nudges". Other mom and I assisted in making sure the locks were correctly utilized. Age appropriate challenging, and kept us all guessing what was next. In addition, the owners were super friendly and accommodating, willing to bend for a few extra minute for the last minute party stragglers. My son and I plus a cousin and her son are planning to come back shortly to enjoy another escape room experience.

My only complaint, if I had to name one, is that this venue isn't set up to host party (food and presents after the escape room itself). As popular as this place is, and as many great reviews as they're getting, they'll outgrow this space soon... maybe when they expand space, pretty please add that...
