So I've had my fair fair share of problems with Burger King. It seems like the last three times I've gone they've done something incorrect first they gave me my cheesy tots told me that they were making them fresh and I had ordered a cheeseburger with mayonnaise. When I receive my food my cheesy tots were burned all the way through all they were was a crust and my burger had no mayonnaise. I was simply going to get the order replaced but I was on my way to work and it was weight taking too long as of this point I had already waited 10 minutes for food that was incorrect so I did request my money be given back to me however the manager did we make my food and give me back my money. I decided to give them another try. The next day I went and I ordered food for the family on the way home I decided to try one of the chicken nuggets that I had ordered.(As I only like 2 mile from this Burger King the food normally stays warm all the way home when made fresh) All the food was cold, like it had been sitting out or something but it wasn't made fresh I decided that was it I won't go back there...

This location was out of the fried pickles when I had ordered it....really wanting to try it out. However, they didn't get a supply, for I am not sure how long. I went back to see if they had any weeks later, and they were still out. It is NOT THE EMPLOYEES fault! but the customer service is wonderful, and I was accommodated with the best bacon whopper I have EVER had. The burger could have been on the commercials. I thank the manager who was on staff, a beautiful young lady, and the best to deal with. I only give 4 stars because I really wanted to try the friend pickle ranch burger and the 3rd party burger King app will not respond to you via email or else wise like stated when you ask for a refund on a item you were not given! I had to go back to the store to inform them that is what happened when she accommodated me with the bacon whopper. Again not her fault, but if burger King is going to run an app, I feel it should given the employees the access to refund what...

A young man asked me if I needed help with the kiosk, to which I replied, no thank you, I'll just order right here. He asked me again about two minutes later, with the same result. Finally, the manager came out acting a bit irritated, but fighting to stay courteous. When my cup hit the counter with a very audible pop, it was obvious she was losing the fight. When there were no customers waiting, every single employee was on their phone, texting. I was in that industry for a few years, and i know there is always something that needs to be done. One exception, the older gentleman who never stopped working/cleaning the entire time I ate. You can't replace a good work ethic. On a good note, my sandwich was spot on. Nice work. Edit, one year later: Evidently, the old crew was gone, and a new crew was installed. Great service. Friendly faces. And our food was fresh...
