Karaoke Lovers — Attraction in Coral Gables

THIS STORE IS RUBBISH!! ,I ordered a karaoke machine from here. First time using it and it was already acting weird. Called KARAOKE LOVERS!! and they said it was broken. Now I can't even use it for Christmas or New Years. Not only that, The only thing they said I could do was get store credit and use if for a different system. I did not buy an item so that it could be defected, get store credit and replace it with the only available system which is much more expensive. Going to send in this item and hoping that it does not cost more than $25 because that is how much KARAOKE LOVERS would cover,but never buy anything in that store...

I'm a huge karaoke enthusiast and my friends and I visit this store at least once a month, I would say for the past 9 years. This is one of the few places where the staff really knows what their business is all about, always helpful and with knowledge. I've bought 4 karaoke machines from there and the latest one with thousands of songs built in, never had a problem and the best thing they have is that they sell directly from the factory so any problems you might have they give you one year warranty. Hopefully other places I visit would be as welcoming and helpful as...

Bought a karaoke system and a wireless mic system. The mic system is defective. Peter the owner is out of town on vacation. They don’t have another wireless mic system to swap me out. I bought the system on December 23rd. Went back on December 25th today is the 30th. I need to purchase a new wireless mic system for the 31st. Peter will not issue me a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
